Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

Okay so I had a problem or two with the delivery of my laptop but it wasn't the fault of the shop.

They were let down by a courier company who didn't bring the laptop to the shop at the agreed time.

Come to the rescue a very helpful young lady called Kayley.

If you are the manager of this store you could have easily lost a sale for over a thousand pounds except for the fact that this young lady did everything in her power to make it happen.

Assisted by Thomas the two of them pulled off Currys as an overall company couldn't seem to manage through their telephone system.

So was I impressed with the staff yes with a product yes with the telephone system please Curry this is 2018 I know how to use a phone at least let me call the shop directly rather than having to talk to your call center where frankly nobody has any idea what's going on.

You should put Kaylee and charge.. frankly she knows more than all the others put together.

and no ...this isn't a friend writing the review .. you can check your sales I did buy the Chromebook.

Terrible service. Dismissive staff. Especially those serving on 19/12/16 They don't have a clue about the products they are trying to sell... I did my research before hand and then got told utter rubbish when I went in store. The guy must have thought I'd been born yesterday! AVOID..

Terrible customer services, what they have out on display is never in stock and the management r to pu$$y to see a customer!
