We have just attended the toddler group and my little ones loved it. Prices included play, activities, drinks and snacks for the little ones and a cuppa for me. I also liked the toddler menu on offer at this time. I would deffiently go again but i was very disappointed to fine out it wont be running for the near furture I hope it returns to the time table so we can make it our regular thursday morning.

It was lovely but was not impressed coz my hubby told an 8 year old to get out of the under 4s were he was obviously unsupervised by his parents. Later this mum comes at us saying oh dont tell my kid off nobody had told her kid off but he was actively putting small kids in danger. This woman shaking her finger about obnoxiously then says “well you should have come find his parent or staff. Sounds fair, but this boy almost fell on a small 3 year old boy, my hubby was also watching our 2 year old. He was not rude in any way. Well done for teaching your kid that manners politeness and etiquette dont matter, just as long as you show off yo gabbing skills. Place is lovely n enjoyed chatting to most parents there who all seemed nice. Staff were brilliant too. Please watch your unruly kids not sit several feet away out of sight and then complain when someone parents your kid

The facilities for the youngsters are very good and they enjoyed themselves immensely, but it has to be said that the food is ridiculously expensive for what it is.

Even the child portions are minute. The description barely meets the Trade Descriptions Act - 2 chicken goujons is only just plural and there were not many more chips

Not a great experience for parents but at least the youngsters enjoyed themselves.

My older sons tend to always have a good time here. I find it overpriced personally so wouldn't come here too often and I feel if you're going to have so many areas where age restrictions apply then I feel you need staff in the frame making sure the right ages are in the right areas! I also feel the baby area is a complete let down. If you're going to charge for babies and parents to come in then there should be much more for under 2's!

I'd say cleaning needs to be a bit more of a priority too. It's not filthy but it could be cleaner. It's such a good venue and kids clearly love it but a few things do definitely need changing!!
