Remi and Becky have taken all their expertise learned over a decade and poured it into a quite exceptional gym facility. Hard to see it being beaten for quality and value.

Remi and Becky are the most gifted and motivational trainers ever. They have created a truly impressive facility but it is their unstinting enthusiasm and knowledge of fitness and nutrition which is the cornerstone of their success. Along the way, they are creating a community of dedicated clients and we train in a mutually supportive environment.



I myself have found a huge support network to spur me on to achieve my goals , having previously being an avowed gym avoider until well into my 40's, now I can't stay away! I've found fitness and friends who have become like my family and we celebrate each other's successes in and out of the gym.



There are no cliques, egos and attitudes here, just people at all levels of fitness working out and loving it.
