Cyclists and walkers reclaiming the streets is a wonderful sight in such dark times. If there is a silver lining, this is it! Just hope folks don’t put their bikes back in the shed when this is over.

After much consideration, I have decided that it's best for all concerned to close Cyclehouse physical location from close of business on Saturday 28th March for the next 2 to 3 weeks during the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is an unfolding situation, I will modify plans during this time. It has been suggested that we operate an appointment system during this time as some people have fresh Bike to Work scheme vouchers etc so I am tentatively trying this. More information will be posted on our website later today. Any enquiries will be dealt with through all our normal channels of communication and we hope to be back to normal as soon as possible. For the time being I will continue to open as normal. We have a good stock of bikes, accessories and components and our suppliers are still delivering. It looks like Bike Shops are now on the government list of shops that may continue opening. We’re considering opening within a limited window and will confirm shortly. Stay tuned!

In accordance with the latest government statement, Cyclehouse will be closing during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) 24/03/20 will be a winding down day where completed repairs and serviced bikes may be collected and we will be contacting all customers with bikes currently on order to arrange appointments for collection and handover. We're more than happy to answer any queries via all normal channels and will be in store until 5pm.
