Fab classes yesterday, so proud of our juniors. They were given homework to practise and perfect the worm, so pleased to see that over half the class can now do it. Keep up the good work. 💥💛🧡💛💥

Wow, a fantastic weekend of dancing at Colchester festival, some amazing results and marks.
We are so incredibly proud of every child that competed this weekend. You all got on that stage, danced your hearts out and gave it your all, despite some nerves beforehand. To then hear all the children buzzing and leaving that stage having loved every minute of performing and desperate to do it again is what it’s all about. Building self esteem, confidence and feeling proud of what you have achieved.
We as teachers feel so incredibly lucky to have such wonderful, kind, well behaved students who always give 100% as well as the continuous support from the parents. Thank you so much for a great weekend. 💥💛🧡💛💥

Classes start back on Monday and it’s going to be a busy term preparing for the show. Bring it on! 💥💛🧡💛💥

Yesterday we were back at Felixstowe dance festival and what a fantastic day it was.
Annabelle and Theo competed for the first time in the contemporary solo section and danced brilliantly receiving great scores and feedback.
Our Junior contemporary group Agents came second and performed with strength, determination and power, again receiving a fantastic score and feedback.
... The day was finished with our Senior contemporary group A Storm at Sea who came first. Their performance was sleek, strong, emotional and powerful and I don’t think anyone expected the ending.
To see our students dance so brilliantly feels me with pride. They are all so hard working, kind, caring and supportive and I couldn’t be any prouder. 💥💛🧡💛💥

A big well done to Layla and Amy who competed at Felixstowe dance festival for the first time this weekend. Both girls danced their solos beautifully and received fantastic scores and great feedback. We are incredibly proud, well done girls. 💥💛🧡💛💥

Two fantastic street dance classes yesterday both groups have learnt their first piece for the show and are looking fab. It was also lovely to have Steph back with us, she has been missed.
