After that awful weather on Friday and Saturday, we were blessed with a lovely day for a Vintage Afternoon Tea with Mr & Mrs German and their guests, and Gurt realised his dream of going on a canal boat!

Met an amazing lady today celebrating her 103rd birthday. I asked her what her secret was to looking so great and she said walking and eating lovely food. When I told her about the last 103 year old lady’s secret being a tipple of whiskey, she laughed and said the secret was out!

Fabulous evening last night with our first Fish & Chip Cruise. Award winning fish & chips from the Codfather were delicious. Lovely company, great evening.

What a lovely Mother’s Day weekend, lots of very happy Mums. A great deal of planning took place, but it went like clockwork. This video was taken in part of the Queens Room on the first siting today.
