Visited both Haslingden and Rawtenstall shops in order to get my 22 month old daughter her first glasses. Staff are wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with a very wilful little lady, thank you all so much.

Popped in Monday after losing my glasses over the weekend called again Tuesday to see an Optician and order replacements was quoted 7-10 days but would probably be here in 5 days on Thursday I received a call to collect one pair after 48 hours great service lovely friendly staff Thank you so much I can now see clearly again

I came in today to have a dry eye assessment. Can i just say that Nick Howard is amazing, it took him 20 minutes to tell me what my problem was and he also gave me a treatment plan. I have spent hundreds of pounds to see a private ophthalmologist and he never did what Nick did today. How much money did I waste, when I could have come here. Like I said I have left with a treatment plan and he has given me the reassurance that I needed. This man knows what he is talking about. He is going to sort me with contact lenses next. If anyone out there is concerned about their eyes, just drop in here. Wow, amazing. The receptionists were fab too. Excellent customer service ! Really personalised - I had an idea of what I wanted - David was really helpful in helping me find the style I was after - as were not yet rest of the staff in the shop ! They were even patient when I took 50 selfies before buying !

As a family we've all been to David Gould opticians and had great service. My youngest son Lucas has Down's Syndrome and needs glasses. He has regularly broken them and so we have been in and out of DG's regularly. David, Nancy and the rest of the team in the Haslingden shop have been extraordinarily patient, helpful, encouraging and supportive. I cannot recommend David and his team highly enough.
