DB Esquire was born after creator; David Brown, whom had a passion for property from an early age, attended The Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. He studied for a degree accredited by RICS (the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) in; Property Agency & Marketing BSc (Hons) and after graduating, worked in Estate Agencies from The Cotswolds to Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.

DB Esquire is a fresh, modern concept conceived from frustrations whilst working in a ridged, hierarchical, heavily targeted sales environment; which in our eyes, did not serve either the needs, desires or expectations of client or customer alike!

Therefore DB Esquire aims to put both client and customer first, by not serving affiliates or corporate margins, to actually listen, deliver and exceed what is required and expected. We want to be the start of an Industry Revolution that our clientele desperately seeks and we know that, for us; this simple ethos, will continue to be our mantra.
