AMG tuning is a strong point with us at DDG and we have tuned many of these cars if you see our videos / Posts/ Reviews ! Half of the time we dont get a chance to upload these to our page and it doesnt define the sheer amount of cars we tune! This car originally came into us for Dyno runs and logging.
... On initial 7 Runs we logged AFR / Boost / Other variables and saw massive flaws ! Demand for Torque was very high with very little fuel compensation meaning some of the runs were hitting a lean danger zone that we felt unsafe! The customer even stated to us before we retuned this car that he had melted a spark plug ! Stay well away from Flash and Dash style tuning on these such sensitive engines that need real tuning !
After fully retuning this setup on the dyno we made some very good improvements.
Stage 1 @ 595HP & 602 FT IB Torque ( 12.2 AFR ) Much smoother power / Stronger acceleration/ smoother gearbox and drive + improved fuel economy on sensible driving.

- 1000cc Bosch Injectors ( Overkill but we scaled them in )... - HKS EVC2 Boost Controller - Forge Wastegate - Intake - Intercooler stage 4 - Plenum - 4 Puk Clutch - 3Inch Exhaust - Stock Internals - 340LPH DW Pump
Alot of work went into this setup making it right and correcting small issues.
New fuel pump was fitted due to Demand of fuel not being met. We constantly log and use our AFR and Boost sensors that are external to Give the best results.
Final power setup @ 24PSI Peak / 22PSI hold 419HP & 446 FT IB Torque
Ready for more power once fully forged.
