Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone at Deakin White - especially Josh, Sam and Emma. After struggling to get viewings on our house with another agent, we did what we should have done initially and got Deakin White on the case. Within 30 minutes of signing their contract, I had my first viewing booked in (I didn’t even realise they could have got back to the office that quick!). 8 days later, we not only have an offer, but an acceptable offer. Since then, Emma was a pleasure to deal with. In all honesty, I probably had too much correspondence from her. She kept everyone in the chain well informed about all updates to the sale which is SO different to when we first bought the house. It was nice to deal with someone who kept on top of the sale!
