The Soups in the Restaurant are Delicious and the Coffee is always Hot the service is excellent 😀

I just want to say thank you to the young girl with long blonde hair at the perfume counter, she was very helpful and was very kind to me and my son. We sometimes don’t get many praises from our job so just wanted to say a big thank you �

I enjoyed my trip to Bury Debenhams. However the cafe was not to a standard one would expect. There was one particular member of staff who was clearing tables etc who was rather rude!! I certainly won't bother using the cafe again!!

Great place to shop lots of choice and a great restaurant.

I like the Bury Debenhams but I seem always to have a bad experience in the cafe. It just needs some organisation. I use the Manchester cafe a lot and you can't compare. I did make a complaint to head office but never heard back from the store

Service very slow , ordered a bacon & egg on toast and wait 20 minuets for it ... Not impressed!!

Was well expensive for a breakfast cashier didn't no anything and food was cold wasn't impressed at all

I visited the cafe on Sunday & was disgusted & let down by the service, the food & the cleanliness of the seating area.

There wasn't a table that didn't have dirty pots on it. It was like about 5 people had rung in sick & they were short staffed. I had to find a table, & clear it myself - leaving my 9 month old baby alone while I cleaned up. My friend even commented 'what's going on? Why's there no clean tables?' She was really confused as you don't expect it from a big brand like debenhams.

I ordered a jacket potato with prawns. I couldn't actually believe it. There was about 4 prawns on it, so As I was paying I asked for more prawns, so the guy took it over & the girl proceeded to put precisely 2 more prawns on the top. I wish I'd of took a picture of it now! My friend had cheese & beans on hers & hers was equally as stingy.

Plus the potatoes were rock hard. I couldn't cut through mine! Think I needed a steak knife!

The attitude of the staff was very lackadaisical. Was there no manager in that day? They obviously thought they could have a doss?

The rest of the store is brilliant, and equally so are the staff. The cafe just lets you down. I won't be going back that's for sure.

Do not buy the £10 nail deal in Debenhams, staff member turned up 20 mins late then when I choose my nail colour they said that I would have to pay another £20 for the colour I wanted. Dreadful service!
