Second car my husband has had to take to Delete-a-Dent. This is his review. "Again, I can't praise Alex and his staff enough....if anything they have just gotten better and better. Mighty impressed, can't fault the workmanship or price. I would highly recommend this company to all...outstanding!"

My rear bumber on my merc c class had a couple of war wounds long story but I had a few quotes to repair it and then sent into delete a dent for a quote which I was delighted with , my mum and sister , and my partners dad have used delete a dent within the last six months and seriously everyone more than happy with the end result , so as I was going on holiday , I dropped my car in with Alex and the team and left it for the repair as planned but also asked him to refurbish my wheels as they were tatty and scuffed which he said he would sort out and a couple of stone chips and dents which were bugging me not really visible but got on my nerves so this afternoon I picked up the car went round it and they had made my car look and feel brand new sounds daft but what a transformation to me I was buzzin honestly car valeted inside and out which I wasn’t expecting , I was there when the guy picked his Renault Clio RS up it looked fantastic , would I recommend delete a dent ? Of course fair price , fantastic job paint in faultless good team Alex thanks to you , Dale ( top painter ) and the rest of the boys over the moon , many thanks again

I took my car into Alex, he advised me that it would be a costly job if I needed the paintwork doing. However he said he would do me a favour and get the bump out, so thankful for this kind gesture! You don’t get many places that will go out of their way. I really do appreciate it. Thanks so much. Xxx

Having read a few reviews I chose to take my car to Delete-a-Dent after someone scuffed it when parking up (Clio 65 plate – 1 year old). This was over the approved shop that my Renault dealer said as I had read the customer service reviews on Google which was shocking. Don’t be mis-lead always read the reviews!!



As you can imagine that mark on my car was constantly playing with my head and had to get it sorted. The customer service at Delete-a-Dent is absolutely spot-on, the guys over there are very friendly and welcoming - the best way to describe it is they treat you like family. The manager personally came and provided some of his time during the busy hours of his work shop and offered me a few options which was nice (Option 1-polish, buff and wax out 80% of the damage on panel, Option 2-complete repair). As I was sort for cash I took Option 1 however went for a full car polish, buff and wax as there were a few marks around the body (the manager spotted ones that I didn’t notice – very good eye for detail). When walking around my car the manager described how he would go about the work detailing exactly what each option would entail and time taken. The prices were very competitive especially from an approved body shop. For a small job they don’t skip out on detailed customer service.



When picking the car up I was surprised to see that the problems were all solved, 99% of the damaged was removed and my car looked good as new.



I would highly recommend Delete-a-Dent, cannot fault them at all. Excellent customer service and very friendly and welcoming staff. Again thank you very much and do keep up the good work!!!
