We had my sister's hen do at the Spa on Saturday and wanted to say a massive thank you for making it such a special day! Looking after 14 hens could not have been easy but the staff did an excellent job and we all left feeling truly relaxed and pampered. A lot of the group had come from outside of Buxton for it and they were all really impressed with the quality of the treatments as well as the venue itself. Lunch was absolutely amazing and being able to eat it outside in the sunshine was a definite bonus! We enjoyed the Spa so much that me, mum and sis are hoping to visit again the week before the wedding!

Was lucky enough to enjoy a spa day with some great ladies and the atmosphere and treatments just topped it off. Fantastic spa, best I've ever been to. Highly recommended. Xx

The welcome was great. We completed our medical forms and were shown where to change. The changing rooms are a little small if there are 4 people in at the same time but this doesn't happen very often. There are lockers and you are provided with slippers, towel and gown. You're also provided with products in the shower and when you get out. The body lotion was amazing. The hairdryers and straighteners are another bonus. You just need to remember your £1 for the locker, brush and deodorant.

The spa is clean and tidy. It has a hydro pool, steam, sauna, aromatherapy room, foot spas, loungers with lots of magazines to chose from and a shower that you can either have hot water cascading down or cold( perfect after the sauna.)

You can help yourself to water or you can chose a water infusion to keep yourself hydrated.

On the way to the relaxation room you can also have a health snack (seeds, dried fruit) along with some more water infusions.

There are several treatment rooms near to the changing rooms which are cosy and have subdued lighting. The therapists are all very kind and caring. They really do want to make sure whatever treatment you chose, you leave the spa walking on cloud 9.

The heated hamam table is in the spa area. I had my salt scrub here on a taster session. My skin felt amazing after.

I would recommend this to all. A great way to unwind.

Thanks to Becky for my wonderfully relaxing Spa Ritual today. I feel totally pampered and chilled after the full body massage and facial. I can't remember ever having as many lotions and potions used on my skin and I feel silky soft now

My first ever Spa experience as a 'New Mum' treat from my husband, I booked the 'Summer Crush' offer treatment and thoroughly enjoyed every blissful minute. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt personally looked after, the body scrub and facial were fantastic combination meaning I felt beautiful from top to toe. If only I lived closer I'd make another booking now, although it was fab, I doubt I'd make the 4 hour round trip unless we were staying overnight again-which we may do perhaps without the baby and have a couples treatment day, Buxton is a beautiful setting for this wonderful spa.

Lovely calm quiet atmosphere. Small and exclusive. Francesca looked after me . I had an amazing back and shoulder massage which relaxed me. Then a fab hamman salt scrub on a hot slab of marble and finally a wonderful facial massage which left my skin feeling great . Highly recommend

Just had my second visit to the spa and it was amazing. Had a hot stone massage, which also included a facial and scalp massage. Irene was my therapist and she did a wonderful job. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Just come back from having a lovely afternoon with my sister and mum feeling very relaxed and feeling brilliant! We have had three treatments, a facial, back massage and a body scrub, and use of the spa and relaxation room, excellent value for money, highly recommended, the staff were lovely, very attentive, chilled our bottles and brought us glasses out so we could enjoy the wine! We will be back soon, thank you ladies for making our day so relaxing! x

It was the first time I had visited and I loved it. Because it isn't a big place it feels more intimate and relaxing. We spent an hour in the spa shock contained a Jacuzzi steam room sauna etc and then had our body scrubs and facials. Couldn't fault it at all. They are all very professional. We will definitely be returning soon.

I love this place! A hidden gem underneath an iconic Buxton building! I have been 3 times so far, once with my husband! The spa facilities are lovely and relaxing. And the therapists are fab. I sing your praises everywhere I go! Everyone local must try!

A little gem in the heart of the Peak District. Easily the best spa I have visited. The facilities are amazing and spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The treatment rooms are very well equipped and relaxing and the actual treatments....... Just wow!!!!! The body scrub was fantastic. Thank you. 😊

We had 9! yes I said 9, 16 year old's with us, Sunday 17th April, in the steam rooms and pool. The girls loved it! We loved it! will go again for treatment. I had an amazing pamper afternoon yesterday throughly recommend it especially the afternoon tea will definitely be going again. I had a full body massage feeling the benefits of it today . Staff are all friendly, everywhere is nice and clean

Beautiful spa, very clean and relaxing, unfortunately the hydro pool was not working which was disappointing , however I was given 10% off. I had a bespoke massage which was excellent. The payment process was a bit chaotic as they could not find my deposit to take off. I had to work out the balance for them. Will definitely visit again

I booked a massage for my partner as a birthday gift. I phoned the spa to book this and spoke to a very helpful lady who booked him in and explained he could use the spa before the massage. He arrived at reception on the day to be told they couldn't find his booking for the time that was given and could he come back later that day, in which he did. This seemed like the lady on the phone didn't take note of the booking at all and caused a big inconvenience on the day. Luckily we live local and my partner could come back.

This was a Christmas gift from my sister. One hour in the Spa and then 30 min back massage. Myself and my sisters were shown to the Spa and told someone would come and get us when it was time for our treatment. We were completely forgotten about, once we reminded the Staff that we were there, we were taken for our massages, nothing was discussed with me, no explanation of what products were being used. Our medical information sheets had not been looked at as they were still at the side of the till when we left for everyone to see, not very professional at all.
