Nice friendly down to earth staff. Always come here. Don't understand why people go to Starbucks etc. Keep it local.

User

Excellent service. Pleasant staff. Clean and tidy. Love it.

User

lovely staff,im there nearly every lunch time, and breakfast at weekend

User

Great staff and good quality food. Especially good when in a rush.

User

Absolutely disgusted in the 'customer service' myself and my mum received at diggles earlier this afternoon. Rude, miserable looking staff that made me feel a hindrance rather than a paying customer. Won't be returning.

User

Yet again had my brief lunch break swallowed up by people not doing their job right. Ist time in months that I ventured in since the last disaster, BIG MISTAKE!!!

After said disaster I really didn't appreciate my £2.40 being given to me is bits and bobs from the tip jar either, Last time I will ever give you people the chance to wind me up with dreadful service.

User

Went here today ordered 3... 6 item breakfasts .... well that was mistake 1....

bacon ...older than the exhibits in Lancaster museum.

Sausage... dead man's finger

Mushrooms...boiled

Beans..cold

Bread.. stale enough to bounce !!!

Mistake 2..coffee vile

Mistake 3 ...tea awful

Mistake 4 ....19.00 to leave hungry as it was INEDIBLE! !!

AVOID IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TUMMY !!!

User

Well what can I say to be served a breakfast that when the bacon was tapped I expected to here “ Avon fucking calling “ an egg that my mother’s partner quite literally stood his fork in some weird boiled mushrooms a scabby sausage that looked like a dead mans finger and beans that probs cos 1p and to top it off it was £1.75 for a slice of stale ass bread and butter honestly went to the museum and the artefact would have tasted better not a cafe a harbour for exotic diseases!!!!!

User

We stayed overnight in Lancaster recently, and decided to grab a couple of bacon barms and lattes for breakfast and 2 pork pies for our travels. I am sad to say we soon wished we had not! The bacon was cold and hard and barely edible, the "latte's" were pretty much plain coffee and was overall a "definitely never using Diggles again moment for us.

User

The best coffee in Lancaster, great pies and l can highly recommend their cooked meats for Christmas

User

Ordered a latte and toasted tea cake the latte was disgusting and there was a hair in my tea cake, I hasten to add that it wasn't my hair as Im bold!!

User

Just bought a ham and cheese sandwich , opened it and it’s god damn beef ! I hate beef sandwiches too late to take back I’m on the train !!!! Who ever packs the sandwiches needs to know the difference between ham and beef

User

Horrible loud Christmas junk music in the middle of November. Please make it stop!
