What a lovely evening, I had the duck breast with red cabbage and coulis, with duck wraps and sweet pot mash,it was divine! My husband had seafood linguine which he said was delicious, followed by a lovely chocolate Anniversary plate with ice cream as a surprise. The service was excellent and we will be returning x

User

We have been a few times now and, as I'm in a wheelchair good venues are hard to find with access. Here the food is always good, the staff are really attentive without being patronising and I get in and out easily. Definitely recommend 5*

User

Thank you so much for a fantastic evening in Poets Corner last night. The food and service were fantastic. Perfect way to celebrate my parents 40th Weddding Anniversary. Thanks for helping to make it so special.

User

Never ever had a bad meal here. Staff are always helpful and efficient, food is so tasty and good portions. Menu changes at times which is great but also keep popular dishes. Would highly recommend xx

User

Loved the revamp and atmosphere- friendly staff and wow that cocktail was potent!

User

Just been in for an impromptu lunch with my wife. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. We like our "posh nosh" and this was as good as any we've eaten anywhere. The waiting on staff were attentive, efficient, and dare I say it, humorous. (I think he was called Smiffy). I wasn't sure of which beer to have, so I was brought samples of some to try first, to help me make my choice. The whole meal was great value at £20 for 3 courses. If you've never been to Dinnerstone before, you really should try it. If you have been before, it's worth going back for. Faultless.

User

Great atmosphere, friendly efficient staff, fabulous food and to sit by the open bifold doors on a sunny summer's day, idyllic 😍

User

Friendly but not over familiar staff. Prompt service. The house red is Rioja which I hate but it wasn't a problem to change it for a Shiraz which was lovely!!

A bit surprised they charged 95p for four olives on a pizza but forgivable given that the meal as a whole was very good indeed. Would I go again?

YES!

User

Fantastic place and super atmosphere on a Saturday night.

Lovely choice of menu and vegan option also available.

Best customer service I’ve ever received, all staff very helpful but an extra thanks to Andy who ensured the vegan menu was available prior to the visit and head chef for making lovely options too!!

Would 100% recommend to anybody and will definitely be back soon!!

User

Fabulous staff, most attentive to your needs and requests. Booked my reservation online and stated that I have a nut allergy. Andy called me and said its not a problem and they'll do everything in their power to make sure that my food won't be affected. His mannerisms and etiquette are a credit to your restaurant as are the other staff who were equally as friendly.

Food was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't fault anything that we ordered (and I am fussy!!)

Think the creme brûlée finished me off, My husband and I couldn't finish it off.

We will definitely be returning to this exceptionally fabulous restaurant. Brilliant establishment 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

User

Fabulous service and delicious food and a gin selection second to none!!

User

Fab night, great food, lovely smiling, helpful staff. Would recommend 100%. Personally wouldn't like to be sat near the door/entrance when really busy but other than that spot on! 👌🏼

User

Enjoyed the whole evening. The bar staff were lovely and informative on drink and food. Decided to go with the terriaki chicken burger and wasn't disappointed it was beautifully presented and didn't disappoint in taste. Chips were lovely too. Being a choccy addict it wld have been rude to pass on the desert . Amazing. Definitely be back. A midweek treat for sure.

User

Dinnerstone has been my favourite restaurant in Uppermill for while now even more so now it has had a refurb! It all looks beautiful and the “Poets Corner” private dining room is amazing! You can play your own music and chill with your friends while eating beautiful food! The staff are so friendly and professional and it’s all really well priced. I’ve never had a less than wonderful experience in this place I can’t recommend it enough.

User

Best place to go for food in saddleworth by far. It's brilliant to be able to go somewhere where the food is constantly good without worrying if they might be an off night. Keep up the good work guys 🙂

User

Freshly cooked food using great local ingredients. The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend the food. In addition the ambience and decor is spot on!

User

Beautiful surroundings, staff were excellent, food was delicious. only negative was the music was so loud I couldn't talk to any off my family on the table as couldn't hear them without shouting.

User

We had tapas and wine so can't comment on the main menu. The food was good albeit the portions were too small in my view. Garlic prawns at £7:50 should consitute of more than 5 shrimps and should be King prawns. Service was good and we had a lovely bottle of Rioja that was reasonably priced. Overall a good experience, I would return but would probably try the main menu as I didn't feel value for money with the dishes being too small.
