I recently got a Babyzen yoyo+ from here at a very competitive price. The pram is amazing but the customer service was even better. Nothing was too much trouble as I had a lot of questions buying online. Although a wrong colour part was sent in error, they apologised and sent the right colour and a free returns label by 24 hour (Saturday) delivery. I will look here first for anything else I need in the future. Great service!

Had an issue with a supplier in Ireland trying to get my choice of car seat. Decided to go with direct 4 baby. Emailed a few questions and got quick replies from their team. Got the recaro zero.1 in xenon blue and canopy also. Delighted with the new seat. Delivered within 2 working days. Highly recommend direct 4 baby. Thanks Jay!

Absolutely terrible!! Made my order, got my delivery date and tracking number, item did not arrive, couldn't contact them over the weekend so rang on the Monday, they assured me it was on its way, then after checking they admitted it wasn't even in stock but said item would be in the next day, cancelled my order asked for refund. Let's wait and see if l get one. They look pretty dodgy to me. Rubish

Received my cot today for my first child, I was so excited to put it up. When we opened it had yellow glue marks all over the wood and fabric. Tried to call the shop after initially calling and speaking to someone and no one answered the shop phone for 40 mins. After we resolve this problem I would not use them again. If the cot come straight from Mee-Go it should be checked for quality assurance purposes before being delivered. Fuming is an understatement.
