We are an award-winning travel management company providing a range of travel services to clients in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors.
Our professional and knowledgeable staff are used to handling the varied and often complex requirements of our clients many of whom are travelling to remote and inaccessible locations.
As you would expect, arranging travel to both the familiar and more obscure parts of the globe is second nature to us. We like to work hand in hand with our customers as this helps us to ensure all viable options are considered. We can then confidently present them with the most cost effective solutions. Diversity is not a call centre, we are a full service agency and we believe that customers should be dealt with respectfully by an individual member of our team.
In January 2014 Diversity Travel was awarded the title of Best TMC (annual UK sales of less than £50 million) at the Business Travel Awards, and in September 2014 we were awarded the title Business Travel Agency of the Year at the TTG Travel Awards.
Service levels are of the greatest importance to us. Through small dedicated teams, our staff are trained to give outstanding levels of customer service. We regularly receive fantastic feedback from our clients.
Diversity Travel is proud to have achieved both the ISO Quality and Environmental Standards - one of the few travel management companies to have done so. Our actions in terms of environmental impact are important to us and we strive to ensure we are doing everything possible to minimise the effects our business practices have on the environment. Diversity is a fully bonded travel management company providing you with peace of mind and total financial protection. We are members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.
