I am very thankful for my amazing customers and all the lovely reviews you all give. However occasionally there will be a customer that will unfortunately try their luck at getting free treatments or trying to make an excuse for not attending an appointment that day because we have a 48 hour cancellation policy by threatening bad reviews. Anyone who knows me, knows that I regularly give to charities and fundraisers, but as a small business I will not adhere to intimidation ...for free treatments from previous customers. Therefore I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my company policy. If you have any issues with the treatments please make me aware of these before you leave the salon (or a week upon receiving treatments such as nails) and I will try my hardest to rectify any issues. I always want to leave my lovely customers feeling happy and I always go above and beyond to help them. Sadly however I will not redo acrylic nails three weeks after a treatment because they have grown out (as nails do) and you are threatening bad reviews.
Please note that all my qualifications are clearly visible in the salon and I will be more than willing to show you them.

As Christmas🎄🤶 is approaching fast😱🙈it's come to my attention that Xmas eve falls on a Monday, as the salon is usually closed on a Monday I thought it would be a nice change not to be working Christmas eve. So make sure you get your appointment booked in early, besides the usual late night Thursday I'll also be doing a late night on Wednesday evening too x
