I used to dread my trips over to Waterloo, and then I discovered Dorlins and the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Now, I look forward to visiting St. John's Road, popping into the shop for a quick catch up natter and to buy my favourite yarns. I can't recommend Dorlins highly enough, I just wish they were in Wirral so they were nearer to where I live! :D

I was really pleased to see knitted Christmas tree decoration when I bought my order of wool today. Very helpful and very pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble. Adored this beautiful Haberdashery , reminded so much of a shop in Seaforth I used to go to with my mum in the 70s -- I had my niece with me from America and she bought lots to take back to America , the lady in the shop helped me fill a sewing basket full of goodies for a 50th birthday present - advising me as we went along - a big hit with the birthday girl пњљ - she loved the Christmas ribbon -- one question from her - will you have any snow flake ribbon in the run up to Christmas? My niece bought some of the knitted cakes , for her daughter,s tea set, and loved The Halloween knitted stuff on display пњљ We will be back , Pat Jones.

A proper Haberdashery.



Run by two cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful young women.



Great selection of products, very reasonable prices and always an opportunity to place an order.



Great to have this on our doorstep, if you live further afield it's just a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station and any bus stop on South Road or Crosby Road North, well worth a journey.
