Went for afternoon tea with group of 6 a while ago now .Forgot to write a review until now.The food was delicious ...all freshly prepared inc the sandwich fillings .Extremely good value at £10 a head .Lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful .It was very hot in there but the poor girls remained so polite .Little hidden gem and food far superior to its better known neighbour .They neighbours may score on nostalgia and ambiance but your food is far superior .Will return.xxxx

Ps even brought glasses in for us to use for a toast 5*

We love this cafe. The food's fresh, delicious and they bake their own scones and cakes. They brought us crayons and colouring pages for our daughter and treated us all (and anyone else we saw there, each visit) as special customers. It's friendly, squeaky clean and I can't wait to go back!

User

Thank you to the pleasant and accommodating staff who sorted seating for 10 outside, then quickly reorganised to bring us inside when the rain arrived!

We were celebrating 50 years since leaving school in New Brighton, having travelled from as far as Aberdeenshire and Essex. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon of tea, coffee and delicious cakes - and much chat and laughter in a lovely environment. We will be back!

User

THE best cafe on the Wirral by a country mile! Amanda and her staff have a really fantastic attitude towards the way they run this superb little oasis in New Brighton. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, the food is excellent, the service second to none, dogs are allowed in, with no demarcation of where to sit with them, the atmosphere is always cheerful, friendly, and welcoming ... it really is home from home. So much so that my wife and our little dog are never away from the place ... oh, and that goes for me as well ;-)
