Duffield Squash & Racketball Club Description
Duffield Squash and Racketball Club is a friendly members club with excellent squash and racketball facilities including a well-equipped gym.
With a history dating back 75 years, the club is renowned for producing top class players and teams as well as providing a friendly, yet competitive environment for beginners through to county standard players.
Owned and run by its members through a committee of volunteers, the club offers great value to players of all levels, from the professional and experienced to the novice and junior players alike. The grounds and clubhouse are shared with Duffield Lawn Tennis Club, and though the two Clubs are independent of each other, joint membership is available.
In recognition of high sporting standards, quality facilities and our commitment to supporting the development of the sports, we are pleased to be awarded the England Squash and Racketball (ESRA) Gold Club Charter.
The Internal club leagues and junior competitions are thriving, and our more experienced teams regularly compete in the Premier Squash League as well as the Derbyshire leagues.
As a club, we actively encourage youngsters to play these sports through leagues, club teams, coaching and competition – all designed to be fun and enjoyable.
For members seeking to develop skills, technique and level of play, our experienced and highly qualified coaches run regular coaching programmes for all ages and abilities.

Our Junior County Closed event is being held on Sunday 16th September at Duffield. Entries close on 2nd September. It is being run as a Copper Sanctioned event, so entries are all via the ES website.... Players need to be registered with England Squash (free) or Activated Members of ES (<£10, best done through your club). The Club Annual Beer Festival starts on Thursday 22nd March and runs until Saturday 24th March. The beers this year will be: From Amber Ales, Revolution and Britannia IPA From Ashover Brewery, Littlemore Citra and Red Lion From Brampton Brewery, Golden Bud and Brampton Best From Raw Brewery, UK Cascade and Bramling X...
