I've visited a lot and done quite a lot of furnishing of my home there. I find the staff helpful and knowledgeable. I did on line shopping there also and overall I'm pleased and would recommend Dunelm. 👍🏼

I am still waiting for a reply regarding the purple kettle I was going to buy. I went with my sister Cathy Hopwood to dunelm and before having a cup of tea wanted to see how much the kettle was so I did it said £25 after having a pot of tea and a cake which I might add was nice I went back to where I seen the kettle and it had £30 ON IT wasn't happy spoke to someone in the store and they said that they cud do that while the shop is open I don't agree I'm sure u can't do that..... I would like someone to contact me regarding this as I have everything in my kitchen from there just not the kettle as I don't see after an hour seeing it for £25 then to £30 I shud pay this I'm a single mum with two children.

Was quite annoyed yesterday picked up some drinking glasses that were priced £4.75 went to pay they came up at £6 there was a big debate with the man behind the counter who I thought was rude anyway I said forget them and walked out. We have purchased a lot from this store over the years and spent a lot of money there

Ordered 60 soup bowls last week I was told they would be in the store on Thursday or Friday ..they had them in the warehouse ..so no problem ..I rang this morning to organise picking them up ..the person I spoke to knew nothing about them ..after 3 hours I got a call they had forgotten to order them .i am 75 and I do volunteer work at a community centre 7 days a week ..the paid staff at dunelm are unable to order 60 bowls the event at the centre will still go ahead ..but I will never have a good word for this store again

Hilarious if you want to get out without buying anything you can't be larger than a foot wide �

Dont have a problem with the store apart from the manager not contacting me when i was told he would. My gripe is with customer service cost me £20 to ring them kept me hanging on for 35 minutes before i got to speak to someone this happened 3 times so be aware of the cost folks! Major issues with delivery, had a txt saying my sofa would be delivered on 6th sept between 7/9 am didn't arrive. 2 weeks later still no sofa " sat on garden chairs" and no contact from Dunelm after numerous phone calls i had to cancel my order. Now have to start shopping around for a new sofa. NEVER AGAIN will i use this store in fact avoid it like the plague
