Never felt so good about myself in years and all down to the help of family and friends and these guys xxx

User

Love the aqua natal classes, will be sad to stop them when baby born in 4 weeks. I'm hoping after baby they do aqua aerobics as I love the exercise in water.

User

I absolutely love this place. The classes are brilliant as are all the Instructors and members.

User

Had a fab day here with my 8years old daughter and 5 year old son. Will definitely be back.

User

Aqua Totz with my son, he loves it, very enjoyable, definitely recommend 👍

User

We loved it!!! Could do with a few more family changing rooms as the normal ones were far too small for parent & child xx

User

Visited today and overall it was a great day. My only criticism was the water was cold and by the time we got out my nieces lips were blue. For what I paid for 90 mins I'd expect warmer water. Not keen on mixed change room, in this day and age I do not think this is exceptable at all and I felt very uneasy in there with the kids.

User

The kids enjoyed themselves but the water had areas that were very cold and the changing rooms were dirty.

User

Kids loved it. But as spectator it was to hot. I had to strip baby down to just his nappy. Really need some air conditioning or fans

User

I use to go to Dunes about three years ago and was a member for a couple of years and loved it. it was fun with a variety of fitness classes and good instructors. I have been to other places on a temporary basis that were cheaper, but the facilities were poor and the instructors were not as good as Dunes. I missed the place so much, but can't afford the prices.

User

I took my 8 yr old nephew n 2yr old son. Sat 10th june. We arrived at 9.45am and it opened at 10am. We were directed by friendly staff to the correct reception and waited. We found the changing rooms clean..and loved the under floor heating..the children loved all the splash pools and slides. We had a great experience. I did find that when we got out the changing rooms were messy..and there was a lovely gent trying his best to sweep n mop round. I found that it was peoples own disgusting habbits that let the place down..we visited the toilets and they hadnt been flushed so there were poo n wee smellin..but that is not the fault of staff..if u use the loo..flush it..simple. people had just chucked wristbands not used on the floor..there was pleanty of bins to put them in..overall.. we had a positive experience.

User

Great for my nearly 3 year old! I would say that it does need more family changing though xx

User

Great apart from man on reception the one with the jet black hair in his 20s decided not to inform us we needed to be at the other desk for splash world,he managed to inform the man in front who just had one small ruck sack,i had 2 kids,16 month old baby, other adult and bags while caring a all ready blown up swimming seat for my baby, that's a big clue,he actually heard are conversation as he was walking behind us in the splash world car park carrying his pot noodle,so put it down he was very ignorant, that was around 10.30/11am ish 02/06/2017.Second matter was the ignorant women who rudely spoken to the other adult who came with us while handing in locker key to get money back,no need at all, manners and politeness cost nothing.

User

Didn't use the pool as was there for another event. I would NOT recommend the food, it was disgusting. As was the coffee.

User

called up the day before we went to ensure the pool was heated enough for a young child was told the temp was kept tropical 83 degrees .... it was freezing and we bought full day passes so was a waste of money highly disappointed!!

User

Needs upgrading and a damn good clean. Wetting does not mean cleaning..

Reception staff are great tho...

User

The place is filthy. Many of the machines in the gym do not work and it takes forever for anything to get fixed. Class choice poor. Class instructors treated disgustingly by those in charge. Members views not taken into consideration. Changing room facilities and cleanliness not good enough.

User

Staff where rude! Kids pool closed I wasn't told about this when entering! Worst baths in England!! Staff need to quit there jobs if they hate it so much, won't be wasting my money again!!!

User

Rang up this morning to find out the swimming times. Was told 10-4 in the small pool and 10-12 then 2-4 in the big pool. Arrived at 1pm to be asked by a receptionist "what do you want" we were then told that apparently the manager had just decided that the big was adults only and they now had swimming lessons on in the small pool. I struggle to believe this as surely the swimming lessons are pre planned? Having already paid for the car park then we had to tell my two exited nephews we couldnt go. Surely it would be better to put a sign on the parking machine or somewhere before you que up. May I add this is the 3rd time we have been greeted by the very unpleasant and unprofessional receptionist and there has been a mix up on the swimming times.
