Due to the recent poll and recommendations we have listened and added a Saturday spinning class at 2pm and Strong has changed to 6.30pm, below is the new time table that starts from Monday 1st April.

4 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
In just 4 weeks Kerry has been able to achieve the below transformation. She has done this with a plan that was designed specifically for her, this includes a weekly meet up where I will take a look at; nutrition, workouts that week, body fat measurements and weight.
