Founded in 2015, Edison Developments are a Property Development and Urban Regeneration Specialist company.

Based in Liverpool, England, we work primarily in the Northwest and provide a comprehensive service to suit our varied clients' procurement methods and regeneration requirements.

Some of our ongoing and completed works include, but are not limited to:

- New Build Acquisition and Works to Boaler Street, with a contract value circa £3 Million.

- Refurbishment of Hard-to-Let Terraced Properties, for rent and sale at various locations in Merseyside.
