Good morning family, pastor Zach here with the final instalment of our Easter series. I pray you are well and staying safe. This morning we explore the wonder and hope that is in Jesus’ resurrection.
From the women who came to anoint Jesus’ body, to Simon Peter running to where Jesus lay. I’m each case there is a shocking experience... the tomb was empty.
Jesus is our living hope. Take care and God bless. Be kind to each other and give yourself some grace.

Remember our Kindness is Contagious Post? ❤️🌈
👏🏼 We are so excited about the work in our neighborhood being facilitated by these fab people at North Birkenhead Development Trust - St James Centre @ Gautby Road - Play, Youth & Community Centre! Be sure to follow both their pages and plan now to support them when we are free to move about again.
We for one can’t wait to hear the positive stories in the North End Community newspaper! 🗞
... Stay safe and keep encouraging and checking in on one another. It really is making a world 🌍 of difference.

Good morning friends and family, pastor Zach here again to bring some words of encouragement in these seemingly dark and strange times. This morning we read ok Matthew 27 about the final moments Jesus had on this earth.
Today is called Good Friday, what could be good about the moment Jesus offered you his last breath? Have a listen and discover what his sacrifice means for you and me.

Good morning, pastor Zach here. Thanks for joining this morning during Holy Week. This morning we continue to read in John chapter 13. The passage this morning displays the humility and servant hood of Jesus that we can learn from.
Have a listen and share with someone in need of encouragement. If you have a prayer request, send it directly to the Egan Rd Facebook page or directly to me.

Good morning Egan Road Church family.
Welcome to Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week. This morning we explore Matthew 21:1-11 and the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem.
Jesus came humbly, riding on a donkey, NOT as a military hero. I hope you find some peace and hope in today’s message.

You might be experiencing uncertainty today and have lots of questions. When can I leave my house? When can I see my friends and family? When can I go back to school or work? It feels that we often have more questions than answers lately.
In the midst of all these questions and uncertainties I believe that one thing is certain... God is mourning with us and loves us deeply. Beginning tomorrow, Palm Sunday, we will explore the final days of Jesus' life. He experienced hurt, loneliness, and even betrayal. All the things we feel and experience, were felt by Jesus, and his life ultimately ended tragically, his final breaths while hanging on a cross. The good news for us? He defeated death so we can have life.
Join us tomorrow at 11 am and throughout the week.

Good morning family. There is quite a lot of uncertainty in our present day. I - Pastor Zach - would like to invite you to watch this mornings Easter sermon and update. This morning we will be looking at the sustaining character of Jesus in John 6 and taking communion together. (I know, it’s pretty cool)
My prayer is that you find some continuity and hope in the upcoming days and weeks. Join us today and the following weeks as messages and updates are shared.

👏🏼 Just a big shout 🔈to our Neighbors in the North End. We love hearing how you are looking after one another. Checking in on our elderly people, cheering for the NHS & frontline workers, texting and delivering parcels and needed items to our friends, calling and keeping each other company!
❤️SHARE how someone has been kind during this quarantine so we can fill our timeline with joy! We are so so proud.
IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, we’d love to help connect you to the kindness hap...pening all around. Inbox us and we will do what we can to show we care.

❗️❗️ALL CLUBS AND SUNDAY SERVICE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. ❗️❗️
In light of the Government Guidance around non-essential contact, Egan Road Church Council has prayerfully decided to suspend all clubs and meetings including Sunday morning worship until further notice.
If you have specific needs or prayer requests, we will still be available to you even if our building isn’t open. We know this time can cause concerns and anxiety for many. Now is the time to show our community spi...rit and help our neighbors by staying isolated and thinking of others.
Consider calling your friends or neighbors (especially those on their own) and checking in. This can be an isolating experience but we want to be sure people know that they are “known, loved and a part of community”. Remind each other often.

Whilst we have postponed all our clubs and are socially isolating, we will be taking a look at some of the ways in which we can come back stronger.
This could mean updating our policies and procedures, offering more volunteer training or simply connecting with our community.
We would like you as an Egan Road group member, volunteer or just someone who can see what we do at Egan Road to have your say...
... Inbox our church page or comment with your thoughts and ideas on the groups we run, our community events or maybe even what we could do differently to support those in our community.

Tots families: We need to cancel Tuesday this week but plan to be back on Thursday.
Just so you are aware, we are working hard to disinfect everything every session. With the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus it’s super important if you or your children are unwell, have a cough or a fever that you self isolate according to the guidelines.
... Wash your hands. Limit contact with others. Again, if the schools close we will be closing Tots as well.
