Hi Everyone, Our lovely client Elspeth has started a cleanse/detox programme. A couple of us in the salon have already done the previous one and was AMAZING!!! The programme cleanses and detoxs in very gentle way and is very effective. Is a great kick start, that sometimes we need to get going. Elspeth gives you the motivation through out and her nutritional knowledge is fantastic. It gives you the insight you need. We found, it really made us think about what you eat and the impact it has on your body.
