The atmosphere is great and the instructors are very professional and excellent motivators, something I need on a regular basis. Good client mix, very friendly and supportive.

That class this morning was mint - horrific - but mint

Started coming to this gym about 4 months ago after no exercise for about 10 years !! Made to feel right at home by the staff - joined in my first circuit Xmas eve ( yep I know getting the bug now ) brilliant two opposing team session headed by Mike Grundy and Daz Marsh , hard work but such fun .

Suprised myself with spin/ core stability class last week - thanks Nat was brill !

More Challenge events are in the offing so let’s see what happens next !!

Even though myself and mike grundy own Elite fitness factory it is fair to say we have created probably one of the most professional friendly family fitness facility's In the north west. Everyone is made to feel welcome and will receive all the help they need in achieving their personal goals. ��

Came for the first time yesterday,was very nervous,was quickly made to feel welcome,class I attended was amazing,staff all friendly,big help.thank u for making me feel welcome and at ease!
