Hey folks.... we know the confirmation messages can probably be annoying, especially if you have a regular appt, but we do send them to EVERYONE. Its just then we can just check you are still coming.... We have lost A LOT of appts recently with last minute cancellations/re-schedules, which we do appreciate sometimes can not be helped.... but answering a quick text takes a second. Em is getting busier and i am mowed out so we don't really have tonnes of time to send out these messages, never mind send them 2, 3 times.... I hate having a moan, but honestly, just give the message a quick look to check your day/time and even if you only send a thumbs up, thats absolutely fine. People are waiting months for appointments so wasted time is a bit frustrating.... MOAN OVER!!! Thanks peeps Dee <3
