Attended a Christmas party last night. Food quite good but the servers were so miserable, never, never did I see any of them smile. The all looked totally miffed, almost like they were forced to be there. Customer service from the servers = a big fat ZERO!
If this is the best you can offer Emirates Old Trafford, you have failed terribly.
Paid 50 quid to see Courteeners and que. 45 minutes to have a piss. 60 minutes to get a pint.
