вқӨ BREAKFAST MUFFINS вқӨ I absolutely love them. * Why? Because they are healthy, oven baked and make you feel like you're munching on a luxury city brunch, but right in your own home. And what's more, they are SO EASY to make. 4 ingredients!... * Here's my version рҹ‘үрҹҸјрҹ‘үрҹҸјрҹ‘үрҹҸј рҹ”ёпёҸ3 egg whites, 1 whole egg рҹ”ёпёҸhandful finely diced mushrooms рҹ”ёпёҸhandful finely diced cherry tomatoes рҹ”ёпёҸhandful finely sliced kale рҹ”ёпёҸseasoning To make: рҹ”№пёҸmix all ingredients in a jug. Try to whip up the eggs so they are light and fluffy. рҹ”№пёҸspritz 1kcal spray into a muffin tray and pour mixture into each one filling to the top. рҹ”№пёҸbake at 190c in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. рҹ”№пёҸserve up and enjoy! * Give it a bash and play around with the ingredients. Over indulged this weekend? рҹҷҠ You're probably not alone on that one... But how can you recover? Here's my tips on what to do following a binge or unhealthy weekend:
... 1. Keep Eating - starving yourself or drastically cutting back the calories to make up won't work. You need to keep that metabolism revving. So eat up, but make sure its healthy and nutritious.
2. Don't Go Cardio Crazy - spending 3 hours a day on the treadmill to burn off the Easter eggs isn't neccessary. You will most likely burn out. Keep the cardio to your usual amount or add in some 30 minute HIIT sessions.
3. Hydrate - but leave the beer in the garden. Water is your best friend right now. Flush out and try to move some of the water retention built up from salty foods and booze.
4. Forgive yourself! - most importantly try not to feel guilty for having a bad weekend. It's called life, it happens! You've had a blow out, accept it and move on. It's not as bad as it may seem. Focus on the future and getting back on track with your goals and healthy habits.

Sit with one leg bent underneath you on chair and hold on to that leg so it doesn't slip away. рҹ”№пёҸkeep your foot at around 2oclock and high on the plate. рҹ”№пёҸbend knee in line with toes. рҹ”№пёҸpush through your heel and squeeze your glutes in the extension. рҹ”№пёҸcome all the way in.
