Went to a fitness class Sunday gone. It was high octane, non stop sweaty hell! The instructor was high pace, encouraging.. I did my best but my legs just gave way at one point and I collapsed in a dripping heap for about 5 mins whilst the class continued. Absolutely returning! My buns are burning and my lats are on FIRE! � The facilities were ok, larger lockers needed. I had to split my stuff over 3 lockers so pack lightly, there also free!



One gripe maybes... When exercising I needed a refill of water. There aren't any breaks longer than 30 seconds (no joke) maybes a water cooler right next to the trampolines would be super handy. Or even a pack of water bottles we can grab quickly and pay for after the class. To be practical and helpful lol. Of course you can just leave your trampoline but you don't wanna break the cycle sorta thing. Other than this.. loved it!

We has my daughter’s birthday party here. It was well organised & Jack did a great job with the children. A mix up with water was picked up & fixed quickly, it was a very warm day!



My children love Energi & we will be back for more bouncing.

Was amazing for my sons birthday took a few friends. Was lovely they let them play for extra time,

unlike “ flip out “ who charged me the same amount , no cordial pitchers for the kids went on at 5:15 and they forced them to come off for 6!!!! They literally made me feel I had wasted my time going there !!!!! Gut instinct energi all the way and I was right !!! Whoever rates flip out ! Need their heads testing !! Money grabbers ! Friends came from London and it was so embarrassing when I said they went on later (as they were watching the safety video!!!! ) and they still didn’t show any leniency.

Took my Grandson yesterday- I want to commend the very professional staff. From the young guys & girls at the reception to the cafe staff, all were very friendly, polite and had a smile for everyone. Thank you.

Took my 3 kids today and they loved it. The staff are very friendly and a special mention to the lad on the inflatable slide as he was brilliant with my toddlers keeping them entertained and playing with them. He even offered to watch them whilst i took the older 1 on the skyrider zipline. I came back and he looked tired out poor lad. They obviously kept him busy lol. The kids enjoyed it more because of him so he deserves a special mention. Thankyou

Third time I've held my junior football team's end of season presentation here. Energi is better than its competition because of good organisation and good customer service. The equipment is changed regularly and so there seems to be new things to do every year. The boys love the pizza as well. Thanks to all the staff, and a special mention to Tom who hosted today's party.

I’ve been going to the toddler session now for a few weeks. It’s been a fantastic experience and I’m happy to go back with all four of my kids on my own (ages 5,3,2,2) all the staff are very welcoming. One member of Staff (Sean) always interacts with the kids and plays along where he can. On our last visit my daughter bumped her face on a ball and started to cry. Sean dashed over to make sure she was ok. Keep up the good work! We will be back again soon!

It’s the best trampoline park ever! � I go every Thursday and always have the best time. � I go to a different one on a Saturday but in no way can it compare to Energi. Energi is the best! � There’s so much to do and everyone is very helpful!

I went yesterday with my wife, kids, my sister and her kids.



It was my first time. From the moment we entered, till the moment we left, that staff were brilliant. Helpful and smiling. Having a banter with us.



There are some obstacles where the kids felt a little scared, but the staff made them feel comfortable and reassured them.



Kids loved it. In fact, us elders loved it. We were the big kids.



Then we all had a go on the zip line. Even my 2 year old boy had a go.



Amazing time. Looking forward to going back.

Haven't been here for a while as we've been trying out the competition. Came for the 2hr offer and were glad we did. Staff really friendly and helpful. There have been a few new things added. We loved the slide and the zip line looks great (extra charge and height restriction ) 2 hours is a long time if you're cold but thankfully thats never been a problem here. Music not too intrusive. Food and drinks good quality reasonable price. Happy half term fun, we'll be back.

Had my son's party here today and it was amazing! We had Lewis as are party host and he was brilliant with the kids he interacted with them all.its very well organised and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the trampolines there lots off new things to do which they enjoyed doing all off them.

Would highly recommend it all my friends and family and we will be returning soon.

Had my son's 11th birthday party on Sat for 15 people. The party was well organised and Naomi managed to deal well with a very loud group! We found energi very accommodating and provided extra water on a very hot day. If I was to change anything it would be the quantity of food. We appreciated the simplicity of pizza or hot dog and ice-cream but half a pizza does not really fill a growing 11 year old and some of the children had been before and got a full pizza each. Having said that we would not hesitate to book again and are already thinking ahead for my daughter's birthday later in the year!

Great staff, so friendly and the kids always have a good time. For us it's definitely worth the 40min drive as it is much better here then anywhere local to us. The sky ride is a really good extra and fairly priced. �

Came this morning with my friend for the toddler/family session. First time for my little lad who is 14 months old. The staff are always so accommodating as our friends little lad has autism and they let us wait in the party room until the crowds have cleared. This really helps him and us. So thank you for being disability friendly!! Recommend this place highly.



Just a little room for improvement... some staff are ok with you wearing your child's wristband for them, whereas others aren't. Could do with being communicated to all staff, as some children suffer from sensory processing issues which affect them wearing the wristband. Nothing a bit of explaining can't sort and doesn't affect our visit. It's just for ease of getting out on to the trampolines quickly.

Brought the kids to energi today as they had an inset day. We had a fantastic session, it’s all too easy for staff to be disinterested in the kids but Sean couldn’t have been better with them, nothing was too much trouble, taking them on the air bag and helping them out, then spending time with my eldest reassuring her when she was too scared to go on fusion. She ended up loving it! An absolute credit to the energi team, thanks for making their day 😊

Big thank you to all the staff, particularly Kyle our party planner and the girl who made sure our son was okay, for making his 6th party so much fun. All the children had a great time and enjoyed all the food (the pizzas are awesome!). Our son was made to feel really special and for a parent, it was very easy and hassle free - well organised, friendly staff, great value for money and excellent amenities. �

Visited this morning for toddler session my advice would do not advertise it as toddler session as there was alot of older kids clearly not toddlers while I understand older kids are excited my 3 year olds got totally swallowed up with the amount of older kids .if I would of known I would not have booked for toddler session as I would of know would of been waste of time to take 3 yrs olds .disappointed if I'm honest

Discusting place. Came on a birthday party 2day and due to there silly no babies round the trampolines rule I had to take my 9mth old away, as told, and apparently it was OK to leave my 4 year old unaccompanied for 2 teenagers to jump on her and injured her leg. She is now in a n e. Awful place. Avoid at all cost

It’s the best trampoline park ever! � I go every Thursday and always have the best time. � I go to a different one on a Saturday but in no way can it compare to Energi. Energi is the best! � There’s so much to do and everyone is very helpful!
