fantastic party for my grandchildren hosted second year running by Miss L Hoauche.

Great venue quality food but it was this young ladies enthusiasm and professionalism that made the whole thing so AMAZING

My granddaughter ( 5th birthday )was so happy that she had the same hostess , she remembered her from 12 months previously .

So I would recommend both the venue and especially this articulate helpful charming young lady.

Yesterday we had our sons 5th birthday party at Energi, what an amazing experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was great and the staff went above and beyond! A massive thank you to Brad, Lailah and Mark for helping make our sons special day a truly memorable experience! Well done guys!!

We've just had a party for my eight year old, here. It was a last minute booking made yesterday, as the last venue had to unfortunately had to cancel 24 hours before.

From the moment Mark picked up the phone to accept the booking, he couldn't do enough for us. He realised that my son was really disappointed that he couldn't go to his first choice,but went above and beyond to make the party a success.

We arrived and all sixteen kids were super excited when they went in. Adam and Mark both really looked after us. Adam was great with the kids in the party room and Mark gave a shout out to my son during the bouncing and even played his favourite music for him throughout.

I've been to a lot of parties at this sort of events, where you can feel mass herded through the system with no one paying particular attention. Adam and Mark and another lad, who I didn't catch the name, made an amazing effort and made all the kids feel special, and the attention to detail was amazing..

All the parents with us were also really impressed.. A few are planning a trip here for parties as well..



Thank you all so much. Yesterday morning, we were about to cancel my eight year olds birthday. This afternoon, he's calling it "The best party ever".. An amazing turnaround, thanks mostly to the guys at Energi Trampoline.. Amazing and Thank you!

We had out daughter’s 6th birthday party at Energi on 8/7/18. The kids loved it and had a great time. Our party host Darryl was very helpful and attentive (the kids really enjoyed terrorising him- sorry Darryl!) Very easy to book, straight forward on arrival and the pizza and ice cream were fantastic. Thanks Energi we will no doubt be having other birthday parties here! ��

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son's 6th birthday here. The whole team were on hand throughout the day and our personal guide - Brad - was the perfect liaison and he accommodated every request: incl. health and safety, special dietary requirements, and every other issue a group of 20 or so youngsters (and their parents) raised with him. There's a really high standard of customer care throughout and Alex was also on hand throughout the party to attend to our needs. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a party on the weekend for a 7 year old. Ben was our party host, he was excellent. really patient with the children. Very chatty and approachable. Thank you

We go every Monday as it’s there friendly session, my two boys are autistic and staff are so understanding, the lady on reception Claire is lovely and has been very accommodating when needed thank you

Very well organised and friendly staff who really watched the children to ensure the kids played safely. I would normally dread a place like this with my two year old in case she got hurt by older children but she loved it and the two big boys were knackered out after!

Very impressed with the tasty food and attentive service by Chloe and Josh at my daughters 10th Birthday Party. Sunday 18th February 10am-1145am

Took my 3 boys for the first time, they absolutely loved it and are desperate to go back again soon, only down side was two boys had to have pink socks due to running out of other colours. Other than that no faults at all.

Took 4 of my Grandchildren (aged 10 - 14) to Energi yesterday, they all had an amazing time utilising the climbing wall obstacles and ofcourse the trampolines. I was particularly impressed by the 2 large pizzas a bowl of crisps and 5x500ml drinks for £20!

This place is amazing had a great time there with the family, everybody was friendly even the cafe staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable whilst we enjoyed a very tasty pizza �. We will be back soon

My twins had their 5th birthday party at energi Wilmslow on Saturday. It was absolutely fantastic and all the children had so much fun! I booked the party with Adam who was really helpful. He was fantastic and really good with the children. A couple of the children didn't like pizza so Brad arranged for a sandwich to be made for them. My kids love this place and the staff are great really friendly. I love relaxing upstairs with a decent coffee. They can both do double flips, I wish this was around when I was a kid.

My daughter had a party today. Adam was lovely, very friendly as usual and remembered us from back in January! Laila our host was extremely helpful. Always smiling and great with the children.

My daughter and I went along to the Toddler session yesterday, it was absolutely fantastic! My 2 year old loved it and didnt want to leave. She thoroughly enjoyed the juice and toast too, which was provided half way through the session. It was an excellent session, wasn’t too busy and ideal for little ones to have the space and freedom to jump around, have fun and stay safe. We will definitely be going back.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff who were working yesterday. After my partner badly dislocated and snapped his knee yesterday showing off on you trampolines, � you attended to him quickly and kept his spirits up for a good hour whilst waiting for an ambulance, and even went that extra mile to comfort my 4 year old son who was upset. Thank you for your patience and we will be sure to return once he's back on his feet !!���

Fabulous facilities for the family to spectate and my 5 year old had a great time, loved the safety rules and not just trampolines but the games integrated within them, will definitely be going back!

Cheadle and Gatley Ladies Circle had a great time at Energi last night. We conquered our fears and attempted the giant airbag! We hope to return soon-well we have the socks now!

Brought my son and his friend after school. Your staff are brilliant they have played with both of them using hula hoops and balls. Its not all about the bounce

A fantastic experience! We brought a young man who has Autism and was greeted by Callum, who was extremely understanding of our situation, and explained that he could turn the music down or turn the strobe lights off if needed. He was polite and is a credit to the company! Thank you Callum!!

A big thank you to Ella our party host, really lovely girl who looked after 18 rowdy children with a big smile on her face the whole time!! Kids loved it, smooth stress free party, that’s why we have used this place several times now, thanks again Energi! Couldn’t recommend enough 😊

Kids had a great time here at the end of the christmas Holidays. The ' extras' meant that the girls didn't get bored of just trampolines and as it is all in one large square arena it is possible to see every part of the play area from the cafe upstairs. Cost of entry was a bit higher than other trampoline centres but prices in the cafe were quite reasonable. The staff all seemed pleasant and the lady on the desk even tracked me down and rang me after I got home to let me know I had left something behind. It would be useful to have a parent loo upstairs as I had to leave all my stuff (Kids coats, shoes, bags) unattended whilst I tracked back to the exit to use the loo! I can imagine this being a real issue if parents had babies and toddlers with them. Other than that though I couldn't fault it.

I have edited my review as Energi have since apologised and corrected any problems. Upon my return I found a number of different things since my first visit which I found extremely helpful, IE more staff on reception, could tell they have had extra training in communication with other staff and visitors. My son returned with a few friends at the junior beats session he loved it and have been back numerous times since. The food deal was brilliant and suited everybody in our party.



Fingers crossed these new measures put in place will continue to be in place.







Recently had a party here, first arrived with all waivers done before hand to be told we had to do them again, was then told they had double booked and we would have to wait for the party room to be available. No problem I thought, children could bounce then will go in to the party room... oh no children had to come off trampolines and then wait 20 minutes. Not very happy by this point having to wait around. We finally get in to the room and the food came down cold. Expressed my concerns to the lady on reception to be told it's not our fault it had been double booked. We was given a voucher for birthday child to return, Only to be told when we did return oh sorry you can't use this without proof of party? Left the voucher with receptionist, walked & haven't been back!

Celebrated our son's 6th birthday party here. All had a fabulous time and our guide Charlotte was extremely helpful. Would recommend the place to everyone!!

Always excellent fun and great to bounce some energy out of the kids! Easy online booking system, and my last minute booking this morning for 15 was worth it as the centre was really busy when we got there. All handled with patience and a sense of humour from the staff. Will definitely visit again.

So today we turn up..pay for 3 kids for an hour for my daughter's birthday for them then to get whistled off after 40 mins. Not one of the unhelpful reception girls mentioned the time slots are on the hour so we missed out on a 1/3rd of a session. Not impressed!!

It's ok but I there but not as good as others I have taken my kids too.

I never leave reviews! But.... after an hour in traffic they made my little boy wait 30 minutes to go in even though there was hardly anyone on there! Because they have to wait for an on the hour safety briefing! It could be so much easier surely. Even an every 30 minutes policy but an HOUR!

Nightmare... as if it isn’t bad enough coming to these places �

Having had a number of good experiences here, I am sad to say that this weeks visit was a huge et down. Booked and paid (£60) in advance for 4 boys. Turned up for the session about 8 mins to the hour. Only one person serving, so all those who hadn't paid online or signed the waiver were in front of us, was 15 mins into the session before the boys got onto the trampolines. The lady said to tell the floor staff, and they said they could stay on for the full 2 hours. After 45 mins they got thrown off because the lady on the door had given them the wrong coloured wrist bands, 10 more wasted minutes where they weren't allowed on. And then they got thrown off dead on the hour, the same chap who had said it would be fine wouldn't;t let them stay on. So each boy missed out on about 25 mins bounce time due to incompetence. And the staff and management just don't care - they have your money so thats the end of it! Just booked Flip Out in Chester for both my lads birthdays next week, the actually park is way better anyway :)

Having been to energie numerous times and never had anything to moan about until today. There’s was no where to sit down stairs or upstairs. The was a large number of the seating cornered off but not in use. As we had a baby with us who needed feeding when asked about the empty seats no one seemed to know anything. After 20mins when more and more people were coming upstairs the sectioned tables we opened up to use. At the point we had managed to to find a table in which for 30mins we were sat amongst the previous peoples dirty plates, cups and rubbish. I was also over charged at the till but I’m actually fact it was the prices that were displayed that was wrong. Very disappointed with the place today considering the amount of money it’s cost for the children to jump. Will Defo be thinking twice before returning!

Yesterday we had our sons 5th birthday party at Energi, what an amazing experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was great and the staff went above and beyond! A massive thank you to Brad, Lailah and Mark for helping make our sons special day a truly memorable experience! Well done guys!!

We've just had a party for my eight year old, here. It was a last minute booking made yesterday, as the last venue had to unfortunately had to cancel 24 hours before.

From the moment Mark picked up the phone to accept the booking, he couldn't do enough for us. He realised that my son was really disappointed that he couldn't go to his first choice,but went above and beyond to make the party a success.

We arrived and all sixteen kids were super excited when they went in. Adam and Mark both really looked after us. Adam was great with the kids in the party room and Mark gave a shout out to my son during the bouncing and even played his favourite music for him throughout.

I've been to a lot of parties at this sort of events, where you can feel mass herded through the system with no one paying particular attention. Adam and Mark and another lad, who I didn't catch the name, made an amazing effort and made all the kids feel special, and the attention to detail was amazing..

All the parents with us were also really impressed.. A few are planning a trip here for parties as well..

Our party host Darryl was very helpful and attentive (the kids really enjoyed terrorising him- sorry Darryl!) Very easy to book, straight forward on arrival and the pizza and ice cream were fantastic. Thanks Energi we will no doubt be having other birthday parties here! ��

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son's 6th birthday here. The whole team were on hand throughout the day and our personal guide - Brad - was the perfect liaison and he accommodated every request: incl. health and safety, special dietary requirements, and every other issue a group of 20 or so youngsters (and their parents) raised with him. There's a really high standard of customer care throughout and Alex was also on hand throughout the party to attend to our needs. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a party on the weekend for a 7 year old. Ben was our party host, he was excellent. really patient with the children. Very chatty and approachable. Thank you

We go every Monday as it’s there friendly session, my two boys are autistic and staff are so understanding, the lady on reception Claire is lovely and has been very accommodating when needed thank you

Very well organised and friendly staff who really watched the children to ensure the kids played safely. I would normally dread a place like this with my two year old in case she got hurt by older children but she loved it and the two big boys were knackered out after!

Took my 3 boys for the first time, they absolutely loved it and are desperate to go back again soon, only down side was two boys had to have pink socks due to running out of other colours. Other than that no faults at all.

Took 4 of my Grandchildren (aged 10 - 14) to Energi yesterday, they all had an amazing time utilising the climbing wall obstacles and ofcourse the trampolines. I was particularly impressed by the 2 large pizzas a bowl of crisps and 5x500ml drinks for £20!

This place is amazing had a great time there with the family, everybody was friendly even the cafe staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable whilst we enjoyed a very tasty pizza �. We will be back soon

The kids had a great time and I was able to use a voucher in the holidays that other venues often don't accept in school holiday periods, so I was really pleased. The girls on the desk were extremely helpful when I telephoned in advance too!

My twins had their 5th birthday party at energi Wilmslow on Saturday. It was absolutely fantastic and all the children had so much fun! I booked the party with Adam who was really helpful. Adam was present on the day too and he was really welcoming to myself and the children. Brad was in charge of the party and made everything run smoothly. He was fantastic and really good with the children. A couple of the children didn't like pizza so Brad arranged for a sandwich to be made for them. My kids love this place and the staff are great really friendly. I love relaxing upstairs with a decent coffee. They can both do double flips, I wish this was around when I was a kid.

My daughter had a party today. Adam was lovely, very friendly as usual and remembered us from back in January! Laila our host was extremely helpful. Always smiling and great with the children.

My daughter and I went along to the Toddler session yesterday, it was absolutely fantastic! My 2 year old loved it and didnt want to leave. She thoroughly enjoyed the juice and toast too, which was provided half way through the session. It was an excellent session, wasn’t too busy and ideal for little ones to have the space and freedom to jump around, have fun and stay safe. We will definitely be going back.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff who were working yesterday. After my partner badly dislocated and snapped his knee yesterday showing off on you trampolines, � you attended to him quickly and kept his spirits up for a good hour whilst waiting for an ambulance, and even went that extra mile to comfort my 4 year old son who was upset. Thank you for your patience and we will be sure to return once he's back on his feet !!���

A fantastic experience! We brought a young man who has Autism and was greeted by Callum, who was extremely understanding of our situation, and explained that he could turn the music down or turn the strobe lights off if needed. He was polite and is a credit to the company! Thank you Callum!!

Kids had a great time here at the end of the christmas Holidays. The ' extras' meant that the girls didn't get bored of just trampolines and as it is all in one large square arena it is possible to see every part of the play area from the cafe upstairs. Cost of entry was a bit higher than other trampoline centres but prices in the cafe were quite reasonable. The staff all seemed pleasant and the lady on the desk even tracked me down and rang me after I got home to let me know I had left something behind. It would be useful to have a parent loo upstairs as I had to leave all my stuff (Kids coats, shoes, bags) unattended whilst I tracked back to the exit to use the loo! I can imagine this being a real issue if parents had babies and toddlers with them. Other than that though I couldn't fault it.

I have edited my review as Energi have since apologised and corrected any problems. Upon my return I found a number of different things since my first visit which I found extremely helpful, IE more staff on reception, could tell they have had extra training in communication with other staff and visitors. My son returned with a few friends at the junior beats session he loved it and have been back numerous times since. The food deal was brilliant and suited everybody in our party.



Fingers crossed these new measures put in place will continue to be in place.







Recently had a party here, first arrived with all waivers done before hand to be told we had to do them again, was then told they had double booked and we would have to wait for the party room to be available. No problem I thought, children could bounce then will go in to the party room... oh no children had to come off trampolines and then wait 20 minutes. Not very happy by this point having to wait around. We finally get in to the room and the food came down cold. Expressed my concerns to the lady on reception to be told it's not our fault it had been double booked. We was given a voucher for birthday child to return, Only to be told when we did return oh sorry you can't use this without proof of party? Left the voucher with receptionist, walked & haven't been back!

Always excellent fun and great to bounce some energy out of the kids! Easy online booking system, and my last minute booking this morning for 15 was worth it as the centre was really busy when we got there. All handled with patience and a sense of humour from the staff. Will definitely visit again.

So today we turn up..pay for 3 kids for an hour for my daughter's birthday for them then to get whistled off after 40 mins. Not one of the unhelpful reception girls mentioned the time slots are on the hour so we missed out on a 1/3rd of a session. Not impressed!!

It's ok but I there but not as good as others I have taken my kids too.

I never leave reviews! But.... after an hour in traffic they made my little boy wait 30 minutes to go in even though there was hardly anyone on there! Because they have to wait for an on the hour safety briefing! It could be so much easier surely. Even an every 30 minutes policy but an HOUR!

Having had a number of good experiences here, I am sad to say that this weeks visit was a huge et down. Booked and paid (£60) in advance for 4 boys. Turned up for the session about 8 mins to the hour. Only one person serving, so all those who hadn't paid online or signed the waiver were in front of us, was 15 mins into the session before the boys got onto the trampolines. The lady said to tell the floor staff, and they said they could stay on for the full 2 hours. After 45 mins they got thrown off because the lady on the door had given them the wrong coloured wrist bands, 10 more wasted minutes where they weren't allowed on. And then they got thrown off dead on the hour, the same chap who had said it would be fine wouldn't;t let them stay on. So each boy missed out on about 25 mins bounce time due to incompetence. And the staff and management just don't care - they have your money so thats the end of it! Just booked Flip Out in Chester for both my lads birthdays next week, the actually park is way better anyway :)

Having been to energie numerous times and never had anything to moan about until today. There’s was no where to sit down stairs or upstairs. The was a large number of the seating cornered off but not in use. As we had a baby with us who needed feeding when asked about the empty seats no one seemed to know anything. After 20mins when more and more people were coming upstairs the sectioned tables we opened up to use. At the point we had managed to to find a table in which for 30mins we were sat amongst the previous peoples dirty plates, cups and rubbish. I was also over charged at the till but I’m actually fact it was the prices that were displayed that was wrong. Very disappointed with the place today considering the amount of money it’s cost for the children to jump. Will Defo be thinking twice before returning!
