Desmopol liquid rubber flat roofs we finished last week.

Loft flooring ladder and new hatch.

Another flat roof finished yesterday in tecnopol liquid rubber.

Old capped off chimney made better and stopped from leaking, I would of liked to of dropped it completely and tiled it over. But as the customer did not want to do this we just had to make it as good as possible.

Old trough concrete valley remove and a new fiberglass valley fitted.

Bit of repair work, new lead work to match the existing lead that you can see Wayne doing, also opened up the Roof to bring a log burner flu out and fit a lead slate then slate it into the Roof. We also did some lead work to a chimney, but the glorious weather decided to open up so I didn't get any pictures of that! But we did make a friend Sean the sheep bless it.

This is a liquid rubber flat roof, also we boxed a pipe in and coated it in liquid rubber and leaded it. All flat roofs are re-boarded with OSB boards. These flat roofs had a coat of tecnopol liquid rubber and a black UV protection coat.
