We’ve been in a few of these lounges at different airports and this one definitely holds it’s own! A lovely array of breakfast items to choose from and then plenty to drink! The only criticism is that we were reserved at a table...with no table!! Not easy to eat from with just a shelf? The view is brilliant too...right out over the runways.

We visit often and it has never failed to please us.great staff and the food is fresh and plentiful. We arrived at 10.15 so we were in time for a spot of breakfast and the menu changed at 11 to the lunch menu. The drinks were always on hand alcoholic none alcoholic and hot drinks. Well recommended

This place was great. Such a quiet place to go to above the hustle and bustle of Manchester Airport. Lisa and Renuka at the front desk were so helpful. Very knowledgeable and very professional. And most important of all great personalities. Which I really needed after my flight was delayed.

Have been to a couple of lounges but the escape lounge at terminal 3 is by far the best staff wonderful good superior good will make sure we fly from this terminal sll the time ��

Excellent value for money.

Travelling with wife and four children under 8 years old. More than enough juice, crisps and selected hot food to keep them (and me) going until our flight.

I always think the place is very well run, especially in comparison to the lounge at John Lennon. The only gripe is the wholenthe venue shuts at half eight but the bar at eight... maybe I wouldn’t have booked if I knew that? Stunk of staff who had been pretty much amazing being desperate for an early finish... not sure how that sits with me.

Very friendly staff. Great service. The food however was very lacking. Need healthier food choices. Beans bacon sausage pastries not good foods too eat when flying. Especially beans!!!

The lounge is great and the staff are very friendly. The frustration is that it can be very difficult to get in and given this is the airport I use it makes the Priority Pass somewhat of a waste of money.

It’s ok. If I am honest I would prefer a dedicated business lounge where you can’t get smashed at the companies expense or where middle clas tourists are getting smashed. A business lounge that served tea coffee soft drinks and food with good reading and internet would be better.

I was initially told I would have to change as my shorts were too short - they weren’t shorts, I was wearing a play suit and it was during the heatwave and was roughly 30 degrees outside and as I was flying to Italy I didn’t have anything longer and so had to walk with a sarong around my waist the entire time I was in there. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I hadn’t saw numerous other people walking around in shorts or skirts the same length as mine.



There was a severe lack of option for vegans. I was given the allergen book and pleased to see lots of choice and when I asked about it the vast majority of vegan options were on a rotation and the only available food was a bean salad and fruit. This was poor considering the options that were available for other people without dietary requirements.



The service for drinks was good apart from them running out of ice from time to time.



If you have no dietary requirements and dress appropriately you would do fine in here but for me it was an embarrassing start to my holiday being told I couldn’t enter in the outfit I was wearing.

Great start to the holiday.just one negative. No hot veggie option. Surely its not difficult to pull together even a basic egg option especially seeing as there are so many varied dietary requirements now a days �Shame really as other than that no complaints

Check in was no problem as I had prebooked. Hot food not a great selection but was fresh and daughter liked it (personally I don’t think having a whole meal bread option would be difficult) only really annoying is a three year old was let in and was loud and shouting constantly.

It was away from the madding crowd . Relaxing, but noticed the serving staff seemed to be in a don't care attitude. I was told in a very surly way "no eggs " twenty five quid each for sausages bacon and beans .!! Also noticed the bottle of Prosecco just left open to go flat and not even chilled.

Dear big rip off service was not lot of money be coming to Manchester for years maybe it’s not for me I no now probably ok if like loads of drink before flight

When we arrived as a party of 5. 2 adults and children aged 15,12 and 1 we was shown to a tiny table smaller than a coffee table for all of us to eat around. We didn't cause a fuss as me and my wife ate on our laps. My one year old wanted to look at the planes through the window.I was stopped by a member of staff and told we wasn't allowed to go in that area and that I needed to keep my one year old child still. I then had to take my boy out to the corridor as I was embarrassed and made to feel extremely unwelcome when we had paid the same as everybody else. The lack of space to play with his toys due to a tiny table and the fact that we were restricted in movement made this a negative experience for us. He wasnt running around being unruly. He just wanted to see the planes take off.I feel as though there should be a corner set aside for families with young children so that they can enjoy this experience also but I also understand that this will take up valuable space therefore hamper profits. I thought there was already an adults only lounge to cater for those that don't want the disturbance of children which is understandable but this one may as well be the same with the treatment we received.

This lounge has very rude staff and a clear policy of table blocking to avoid priority pass card holders entering.



For over 2 hours I've observed empty tables with blank (fake) reserved cards, empty tables without reserved cards.



I've witnessed staff trying to charge £30 for on the spot visitors. It appears they managed to find those guests a seat!



It's an insult to anyone paying or benefiting from a subscription.



Disgusting.

If they had a zero i would give it that. Very rude older lady on the bar, frizzy blonde hair sour faced. Would not let me hav a 3rd drink and said it was in my best interest. Im a 37 yr old woman who knows my limit. Completely embarressed me at the bar in front of other guests. AVOID and pay 5 extra to use the other lounge

Id booked online and was told I couldn’t use my coupon so paid another £60 for tow of us. Two coffee and one bacon sandwich later we moved



Some of the staff need to be reminded it’s not a Royal Suite.. people pay lots of money to sit in a lounge. I’d ended up paying £98.. total waste of my money...



One of the staff members was rude, telling a man who was sat on his own in the quiet area to move to a single seat area when he didn’t she moved the other seat. Totally Disgusting behaviour.



I’ve used loads of longes around the world and wouldn’t recommend the Escape Lounge in T3 Manchester at all...
