Lovely place plenty of food available. It was self service so you could get as much sausage and bacon mushrooms beans ect as you wanted. There was pastries and muffins available as well. Plenty of cereals and breads. Drinks we self service for bottled beers and ciders then shorts and prosecco etc available at a bar. Nice seating areas a bit cramped was our only problem but we managed. No toilets inside lounge you had to go back out. No problem we just went when we left for boarding. Information boards in lounge to keep track of flights. Well worth the money. We go every time we fly.

Loved it, check in was delayed by 40 minutes but the lounge was happy to accommodate us moving times lot to cover the time lost, we'll equipped and quiet, was a pleasant wait for the boarding to begin. Worth noting if you're a beer drinker ask at the bar for the Manchester pale ale, instead of going to the fridge for a John smiths (��)



100% will be coming back again...

Such a comfortable and relaxing area to eat and drink before flying. The food was great and the selection of drinks were good. I would definitely pay for this again before we fly and recommend it to people. It’s worth it.

Good way to start away from the madness but got busier as time progressed and pleased we were no later. Reasonable choice of food.

Despite being informed about dress code (no football shirts), it seemed the staff were too scared to challenge a late middle aged man in a Manchester United shirt with an appalling attitude.

Comfortable quiet area to relax before a flight. I booked this because I was travelling on my own had a long flight ahead and can’t stand crowds and screaming kids. My experience was very good, no problem checking in, staff were helpful and polite, the food could be better, but I’ve had much worse and wasn’t expecting restaurant quality. I think the place offers good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate using again, which I can’t say about all airport lounges. If you have a dietary requirement it’s up to you to check if they cater for you before you book, I don’t. I had a snack a couple of glasses of wine and a lovely coffee in clean, quiet surroundings what more can you ask for for £25?

As we were last in before closing at 830pm food choice was a bit limited but good selection of drinks so definitely value for money. So much more relaxed than queuing at the main bars!

Would recommend it unless you only want food. It’s our third visit this year and will always book it for further flights!

Previously been earlier in the day where more food choice on.

Walked in and got turned away cause my shorts off too shorts so I had to spend £30 on a pair off pants to go back in only for another lady sitting in there with same size shorts so not happy ... breakfast weren’t that good no eggs just bacon and sausages and few other snacks but not to bad as I weren’t hungry. Bar service good

Visited dith my daughter. The place was nice and relaxing but the food was in inspiring and quite a few staff members grumbling about the job-rightly or wrongly but shouldn’t be talking about it in the earshot of the guests consequently didnt find them particularly hospitable so not the best experience for the cost.

Quieter than being in the departure lounge but that’s all that’s good about it ! Just paid £52 for me and my husband and definitely won’t do it again. Food is poor. Stale sandwiches. Nothing gets replaced with any regularity. Waited 2 hours for more crackers to arrive so I could have cheese and crackers and still no crackers! Overall very very poor.

It has clearly been chock a block full & I really did feel for the staff as they spent the entire time we were there cleaning up. But, good choice of hot food, standard sandwich selection, bar service for drinks. Could be improved for families with small area with CBeebies and maybe colouring sheets as we have seen in other airport lounges. Not the best lounge we have used, but certainly not the worst.

Well used the lounge before but yesterday wasn’t good. All there were was ham n cheese sandwiches a little droopy salad son nachos and mac and cheese n bolognaise drinks were ok. No still water and only carling beer. £50 is a lot of money for a bit of quiet time before a flight

Very basic lounge with limited food available, they don’t even do toast at breakfast. Being vegetarian I think there should be more than baked beans or tomatoes! Staff are very friendly though. This is the first of three lounges I’ll be doing during this travel and they can only get better.

Food choice very limited and cheapest of quality.

If you wanted a soft drink the bottle opener was cable tied inside the fridge so you had to crouch in the door to open a bottle of coke.

The venue only seems to cater for folks who want to sit and get tablet up prior to flight on the cheap.

If you want to have something nice to eat and a quiet soft drink.dont go there.

Staff nice enough though.

Well what a joke this is...booked seperately for lounge for a group of us to have a good start to holiday to be told that you cannot enter the lounge in groups larger than 6 people...god help anyone who as a big family!! I wouldn't mind if we were all 18 but we range from 65 to age 9.

We use the lounge every year and feel this is bad service!

All be aware not to book the lounge, we won't in future.

You really need to review this stupid rule!!

Shocking attitude from the lady on reception who seemed to think it was acceptable to talk down to people. Wasn’t just us she did it to either, numerous people weren’t happy. Other than that it was a pleasant experience, the other staff were lovely and food and drink nice. Shame she ruined from the start what would of been the perfect way to await our flight...won’t be returning .....

Really dissatisfied with it food choice was very poor beer was warm food was not replaced quick enough which I had gone to aspire lounge looked so much better and more quality of choice and better choice of beer and food hope you take this on board

It started well. We checked in nice and easy and were led to our reserved seats. Excellent. Then it went downhill. We went to get a beer. The choice was Carlsberg or Carlsberg. Probably the worst lager in the world. A premium lounge deserves premium beer.



Wine and spirits it was then. We’re reasonable people so we didn’t dwell. We had a bit of the food, which was reasonable at best. And we struck up a conversation with the people on the next table. They off to watch Man City in Europe. They were a little loud and rowdy, and had the dress sense you’d expect of Mancunians, but we didn’t mind. We had a good chat. They left the lounge about 45 minutes before our time was up and we wished them well.



30 seconds later, a staff member, also Mancunian, then came over to ask if we could keep the noise down. It seems you’re allowed to loud if you’re from Manchester but not if you’re from Liverpool.



By this stage were fed up of wine and spirits and decided to plump for cans of Guinness from the fridge. The frosty staff member abruptly approached us and told us she hoped we weren’t planning to take the cans from the lounge. Scousers are thieves are we? Disgusting prejudice based on lazy but well established stereotypes. I hope she can live with her hate filled life in the same way I can live without overpaying for a mediocre lounge before my next flight.

I wasn’t aloud to complain because of my new wife but I did ask the assistant manager yesterday if he thought it was acceptable he said no. There was no hot food there when we was there from 1.30 to 14.30 and all the staff agreed it was rubbish but nobody seemed to do anything about it

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to book a month ago for a party of 4 adults and 4 children (2 families)The website stated you must ring up to seem authorisation for parties over 6. Was told that somebody would ring back. 2 weeks later and 2 calls later, still no decision. Ring today to be told the answer was no, and that the reply had been there over a week yet nobody had bothered to tell us.

Wish we had just booked as 2 separate families now! It’s not like there was 8 of us going on a hen or stag party!

Terrible service. Left feeling really disappointed!
