Wow the stadium is so big . My and my partner went to see Ed Sheeran yesterday and it was amazing fantastic experience

User

Went to see city on the 22 nd of april at Etihad fantastic well worth the visit 5. 0 excellent thats why they are the champions in my eyes always .

User

Went to see Taylor Swift on Saturday and I would like to say how courteous all the staff were who we came in to contact with on the night 10/10 for customer service Etihad.

User

Went to see Ed Sheeran on Sat 27 May, the staff at location 120 were excellent to my daughter & I. They reassured us and helped us with anxiety issues which enabled us to stay and watch the whole concert! Your kindness & thoughtfulness made all the difference Thank You! W & L :-)

User

The last time something as similar happened was twice 2006 and2010 I think and they went on to win league both times averaging 3,5 goal on aggregate and 2000 more passes than closest rivals arsenal in passes anyway sane been involved in 7 of the last 11 goals class class class need I go on mmmm

User

Thank you to the Etihad Stadium for allowing people to bring in their own drinking bottles and supporting them by filling them up at all of the bars. This made the whole experience much more relaxing for someone who is on their journey to zero waste! (Obviously the amount of plastic pint glasses left lying around afterwards was a bit of a stressful sight, but, small steps!)

User

Last night we went to see Taylor Swift with support acts Charli XCX and Camila Cabello. the show was amazing! What was equally amazing was the staff at the ETIHAD Stadium. I chipped a bone in my foot on Thursday and was on crutches. They were all polite, friendly and extremely helpful, everyone from the lovely staff in the car park who allowed us to park in the disabled car park, then directed us to a buggy car that transports you up the concourse to your gate. Then the amazing staff in Gate H who took us up in the lift to our section and the staff who ensured we got to our seats safely. Thank you so much for ALL your help xxx

User

I came to watch Ed Sheeran last night with other members of the Manchester Survivors Choir we can't praise the staff enough for how they took care of us all...you were amazing. Thank you so much.

User

Fantastic staff, really helpful. After I lost it at concert lastnight they did everything they could to find it ...it was found in a toilet 10 hours later Legend plumber Tony!!!

User

Been to many venues for concerts & the staff here were exceptionally good. Professional but friendly especially chap on entrance V for the OTR II gig. I was very impressed and the sports village is excellent so much choice on offer. Just Brilliant & im not a blue btw !! x

User

went to see ed sheeran. loved every second of it part from your prices. 6 quid for pint of dark fruits. in a plastic cup. I no these venues are expensive but that's the worst.

User

What are you doing about using plastic cups at gigs? After the Foo Fighters last night I was walking out on a sea of plastic. That’s a disgrace from a big organisation. 80,000 people having a couple of drinks each not to mention all the plastic bottles, what a waste. At Leeds festival they use recycled paper cups and it’s fine . Do that and get some water fountains !!! Play your part !!

User

We were on the disabled area on level two. Despite being on the same floor as staff canteen and hospitality, there is no concession stand for disabled viewers. You need to either have someone with you to go downstairs, or go back round to the lift. We only wanted a bottle of water.

User

Went to see Ed sheeran and queued up for hours in the hot sun to get a good spot in the mosh only to find that I wasn't given a wrist band and had to go back out and line up again. I wasted hours and as a result of poor organisation I ended up at the back of the crowd no where near the front.

It was very hard to hear the lady on the microphone and she was the one giving instructions. This was my first time going to a concert and nothing was clear so I would not have known I even needed a wrist band. I passed about five people who should have either given me one or noticed that I didn't have one. I was not the only one to have to line up again. We were all there 10 minutes beforehand so I don't know why it wasn’t organised then and there. Instructions needed to be clearer and said more than once.

User

Went to see Beyoncé and Jay-Z and we were moved into the chairmans club area due to our seats being blocked off because of poor view, which we thought brilliant, we had comfy seats and an amazing view. However due to not having a wristband we weren't allow to use the facilities in that block. I am currently heavily pregnant and was told I would have to walk through 2 blocks making rows of people stand up every time I needed to go when actually there was a toilet a few meters from my seat. We were also given duplicate tickets as other people and then were made to move just as Beyoncé and Jay-z came on stage meaning we missed the entrance. The guys working were apologetic with I did appreciate but we were made to feel like second class citizen who didn't deserve to be in those seats. I think I would have preferred to be in the normal seats as everyone around us was more bothered about getting drinks at their exclusive bar then actually watching the show.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were amazing but the stadium experience did spoil it for me.

User

Currently at the etihad waiting for to hear the foos. Shame I won't be able to see them where we are sat!

User

Would give 0* if I could!!! Been told I can't go to see Ed Sheeran because I am now in a wheelchair, which I wasn't when I booked the tickets 12 months ago, something we have NO CONTROL OVER, and I can't sell on my tickets either because of the specific ticket requirements. Tried numerous times to contact the stadium and just get fobbed off, they just don't care. I am only allowed in with a disabled ticket, of which they are telling me there are none left, and can only have a refund on my tickets should the concert get cancelled. These tickets aren't exactly cheap either, it's a lot of money to lose!!! Considering the Arena can quite easily relocate you in these circumstances, I'm disgusted at how the Etihad are dealing with this.

Concert Review: Queueing for food and drink took 45mins. The food station should be separate to the drink station. Heineken was decanted from a BOTTLE into a paper cup. A PAPER CUP - absolutely ridiculous for such high prices.

In order to keep a walkway free around the pitch, they dipped the edges so people wouldn't want to stand there. The smart and less cheap option would have been to have an inner circle or split sections, which is much more safe and secure.

User

Been to see Ed sheeran tonight and whoever the provides the speakers for the event have no idea, we are in l3 bang behind a great wall of speakers! Can't see the stage at all. Really disappointed by the organisation of that. But the concert is fantastic x
