IŌĆÖve been working with Andy since October last year as wanted to do some PT initially to come back from injury (dislocated shoulder) as well as to

compliment my triathlon and Ironman training. Andy gets the right mix of strength and conditioning and I truly believe these sessions have helped in all 3 tri disciplines. Andy is always willing to adapt the sessions (sometimes at last minute) whether itŌĆÖs because IŌĆÖm tired after a heavy training week, have an event at the weekend or recently looking to stay injury free as Ironman is literally around the corner.

I've been having PT sessions with Andy now for nearly 2 months and I can see my technique and strength improving week after week. The sessions are delivered in a simple way and are teaching me how to improve how I work out during the weekly classes at Bodytorq, Andy is also fantastic at giving advice on nutrition.
