i am with eye design for a long time now . always nice friendly and up for a good laugh thanks for all you help today i will love my new glasses .lol

Went for my eye test today and the staff couldn't be more helpful all had a smile on the faces and really put me at ease would highly recommend them

The staff at eye designs are lovely and very helpful. Couldn't fault a thing, we had fun trying various styles and they gave me their honest opinion on what suited my face etc. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for my new glasses can't wait to get them x

Had a pain in my eye which started on Monday, it gradually got worse & tried to get into my usual opticians (Boots) when they did a telephone consultation they advised I needed to see someone that day but they couldn't see me told me to go to their Horwich branch & that they wouldn't be able to just look at my eye they would have to do a full eye test despite not being due!

I went to Eye Designs who offered me an appt for the next day & the option to just look at the problem eye!

The optician saw me, identified what the problem was, gave me advice & all at no cost! Thank you! Great service!

They cared more about my issue than the money! Shame on you Boots. I know where I'll be spending my money in future! Thank you to the Eye Design team

I have visited Eye Designs on two occasions.Lovely friendly and helpful staff who give excellent advice.Good range of frames and prices.I would highly recommend this Opticians to everyone.Looking forward to wearing both my sets of glasses with new lenses in very happy indeed with the new frames i purchased from them last year. x

I have been with Eye Designs for many years and have always found them to provide an excellent, friendly,caring and helpful service - even down to the right choice of frames for you. That's an experience that I definitely would recommend to anyone......See you all soon.

I bought some glasses from a different opticians and unbeknown to me they were a lower grade varifocal lens. I didn't realise that there are many different varifocals out there and Eye Designs helped me find the ones that are right for me. Some friends have said to me that they couldn't tolerate varifocals but now I know there are different ones, it's finding the right ones for you.



Thank you to all the Eye Designs Team for their expertise and helpful advice.

First time here what a fantastic service optician Zac was superb and great service from the staff especially Paul makes you really service is like unlike the sell sell sell attitude of spec saver brilliant
