Family Martial Arts Description

Our classes are safe, fun and non-intimidating and we offer dedicated beginners only classes as well as a Tiger Tots programme for pre-school children. Our dedicated full-time centre is fully equipped with a proper martial arts safety floor and all classes are taught by fully qualified Blackbelt instructors.

Come and learn how to use traditional martial arts weapons and learn how to defend against certain attacks. You will learn Jahng Bong (long staff), Dan Bong (short stick) and Ssahng Jeol Bong (two short sticks connected by rope).
