Really good atmosphere between all the students, staff and parents, everybody is very friendly

My son has been coming for nearly 3 years and he absolutely loves it. He has dramatically increased his confidence and self defence skills. Would highly recommend master smythe as an instructor.

Master D Smythe (5th Dan) and Master V Smythe (4th Dan) are great instructors.

They explain everything in great detail and never expect you to pick up everything they teach you straight away.

They explain this is a journey in life and as everything you do in life takes time to learn and perfect.

I took my son today for a taster session and he absolutely loved it, master smythe was great with him and he can't wait to return. It's been difficult to find a sport he wanted to return to :)

I have been taught at the Sale centre by Kyo Sa Nim Smythe for the past 18 months, along with 2 of my children. The lessons are excellent and take place in an atmosphere of complete respect: Mrs Smythe is a superb teacher and explains and demonstrates everything. The Dan members are very helpful and encouraging to those of us at the lower levels.

Great venue to practice martial arts , with two of the best Masters I have trained with . Child friendly classes and more advanced classes to train and keep fit in .Me and my son have been training for over 4 years now and have no intention of stopping.

Great place to train, get fit, learn new skills and make new friends!
