Set meal for this weeks quiz night will be a very seasonal pumpkin curry. Quite mild and creamy so all should enjoy, however, we can spice it up a bit to order on the night. Come along and join us for some fun at the quiz night from 8 pm. Only £7.50 per head and that includes your free curry!

Specials this weekend are Marco’s Sicilian tiramisu.
Burger of the week is a seitan pattie and a hot bean pattie in breadcrumbs with lettuce, mayo, gherkin, home made salsa, faux chicken slices and cheese on a sesame seed bun with home made double fried chips and side salad.

To showcase our seitan steak we are running a competition.
Free seitan steak and chips. One lucky follower will win a seitan steak meal at Faringos.
Simply like, comment and share, winner will be chosen at random Sunday evening.

This Tuesdays quiz night set meal is a vegetable and seitan stew. Then there is a choice of key lime pie or tiramisu for desserts(there is only about 20 portions of desserts so if we run out the unlucky ones get our ice cream instead). All this and entry to the quiz for only £7.50 a head.
Arrive anytime after 6:30 - food served between 8:00and 8:30. If you prefer to eat first from the main menu, you may do so before 6:30 and then pay a £2.50 entry fee to the quiz.
Remember,... it is not about winning the quiz, it about participating and having a laugh and some fun.
Why not treat it as a vegan get together rather than a competition to see who knows the most answers?

Who will win the prizes tonight?

Every Tuesday evening we will be hosting a vegan quiz night with prizes for the best 3 teams. Please come along and join us as a team or as an individual, (we can make individuals in to teams and you might make some new vegan friends). After listening to peoples comments the entry fee will be £7.50. This will include a free sit down meal to be served at 8:30. The meal will be a set meal and will change on a weekly basis. Then during the break at around 9:30/45 we will offer t...aster samples of our new dishes that we are developing so that we can get good honest feedback.
You do not have to be vegan to enter and we welcome all so long as you respect our vegan ethics.
Anyone that wishes to eat earlier from our standard menu may do so and entry to the quiz will then be £2 per person.
Unfortunately, due to licensing conditions we cannot admit anyone who is not eating.
We welcome all ages to our restaurant.
Anyone with special dietary requirements should let us know beforehand so that we may be prepared.
You may book in advance to secure a table on 01253 341442, however, we will do our best not to turn people away on the night should it prove popular.

Whether you're vegan, veggie or a meat eater I'd recommend this place. It's a chill, quaint atmosphere and the staff are amazing. My mum can't eat gluten, eggs or dairy and for the first time enjoyed a cheesy garlic bread that tasted just like a 'normal one' - the staff were really on board with her questions and didn't make her feel like a burden, as most places act quite rude and dismissive about allergy questions. The two things I've been missing since being a veggie were pate and duck and honestly the vegan versions here were no disappointment!

What a gorgeous meal we had. Our little vegans were thrilled to be able to choose anything they wanted from the menu, and even have a delicious dessert too! We'll definitely return when we're in Blackpool again!

Visited for Sunday lunch and it was fantastic! I had the chocolate and peanut butter sponge cake for dessert and it was gorgeous. We didn't have to wait long for our food and the waiter was lovely. A great place. Well done.

The food is wonderful. The carbonara was something special. A great selection of food, drinks and beers.

The Mucky 'Duck' pizza and the seitan 'bacon' and 'cheese' burger are both incredible! This restaurant is lovely: friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, amazing menu and great ethics. I definitely plan to return again to sample some more of Faringos delicious vegan food!

Soooo good. Amazing drinks selection, I had the vegan spag Bol,’was deeeelicious, accompanied by a glass of prosecco at £2.50 and followed by the tastiest vegan ice cream, what more could you want. I highly recommend this place!

Ordered our first takeaway from Faringo’s tonight. I have to say the pizzas are amongst the very best I’ve had before and after I became vegan. The mock shredded duck and seitan steak were superb and the home made spaghetti carbonara was as good as it gets. I’ll definitely be going again. Great work guys ���

Only 2 minute walk from our hotel by blackpool pleasure beach. Amazing food. Great prices. Cute little restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. We got 10% off our next bill the next day with our receipt. Would love to know how they make the carbonara � . And the desserts!! WOW. Definitely stop by here if coming to blackpool fair. Perfect for vegans AND non vegans �

My partner and I went to try their new afternoon tea menu... it was superb! A fabulous range of sandwiches, cakes and fruit to choose from. There was so much food that I couldn’t finish it.



If you have a smaller appetite I think one serving would be adequate for two people. My partner ate all of his and the rest of mine. It was so tasty and tempting he couldn’t resist.



I highly recommend Faringo’s restaurant and shop. They make being vegan so much easier.

I've eaten here before and the food was absolutely delicious. Yesterday however I finally tried their pizza on the vegan fair. Their pizza is out of this world and the cheese is so melty and so much like dairy cheese. I highly recommend this place for any vegan and non vegan alike. Looking forward to your Asian night this Wednesday x

I'm a meat eater but took my veggie Mrs for her Birthday. Great atmosphere and we both loved the food. Didn't miss the meat once during the meal as it tasted so great. Would recommend the Faringo's Falafel!!

I went with my partner last night, excellent food and drink.

Was lovely to be able to order anything off the menu as 100% vegan and not having to ask are you sure it's vegan like if I was going anywhere else to eat. And I even got a pudding too which which was excellent.

Staff are very friendly & made us feel very welcome.

Loved it that much I've booked for the same time next week .

I'd definitely recommend this place to any one go give them a try you definitely won't be disappointed.

Had a wonderful time last night with the family, the food was excellent, the staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was very nice especially the music 'live guitar' playing all evening, big thanks to Paul and Tina and all the staff at Faringo's for a fantastic experience

Had a fabulous meal with my friend this evening. I had Hoisin duck and garlic potatoes and she had Hoisin Duck with sweet potatoes. Followed by Knickerbocker Glory which we shared. Can highly recommend Faringos.

Found this gem practically next door to our apartment via the happy cow app on our recent visit to Blackpool we ate here both nights for dinner, and they didn’t disappoint. Jealous as we have nothing quite like it in Glasgow. The owner has done himself proud, very unique delicious home made food. I had the seitan carbonara the first night and the steak the second. Both delicious. Though I have a soft spot for Italian food and the carbonara was my fav. Creamy and delicious. Will defo be back should we visit Blackpool again! Thanks guys!!

As a vegan I can say, I can come here and have full faith that everything tastes amazing, the cheese is the best I've tried as my two years vegan, also the Brussels style pate made me so happy because its also the best pate, and I never thought I'd have pate again, pasta sauces are hearty and just amazing. I'm yet to try other mock meats, but the seitan steak is amazing and the stew is lovely. Can't wait to try the mock Duck next time. Thank you. Xx

Absolutely fantastic food and service. I’ve been twice now and the food has been amazing both times. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into creating the menu and I was spoilt for choice! Great atmosphere too, thank you Faringo’s for creating such a fantastic place!

Lovely restaurant, waiter was excellent. Menu choice was very good, we had the pepperoni pizza, noodles and seitan and chips, all enjoyable but noodles and vegetables were a bit overpowered by the sauce to my taste. All in all a very good evening. Look forward to trying the Tower burger and their Sunday roast. Great gin menu too that was on the table, sadly I didn’t see it before ordering my G&T of the main menu. So with certainly be sampling one of those next time.
