Was very happy with our lunch time meal, service was great

Was in the bar area of the restaurant tonight for a meal with my friends, thought I’d go in on my night off because I just can’t stay away!! �� all I can say is that firstly, the food was blooming lovely as always, porky platter was delightful!! �

In other terms, the staff tonight were fantastic in the handling of a difficult situation! When being sworn and shouted at, both the staff and management stayed composed and calm and dealt with the situation brilliantly! So hats off to them!!

They are humans as well ladies and gentlemen so please, in future, be nice and give them the same respect that they show you on a day to day basis! �

Very busy this evening but Sam behind the bar did a fantastic job at serving the queue at the top bar for food and drinks! Well done! �

Slow service ordering but everything else is great value and choice. Our go to place for a good reasonable priced bite out. Never fails to do what it says on the tin 👍

Service was quick and staff friendly, I think we got asked about 3 times if our food was ok. I had the chicken breast skewers, chicken was lovely and moist that i had to keep checking it was cooked properly (it was). All in all we were in and out in about an hour...joys of being kid free �

Have to say we havnt had a bad meal here really friendly staff really good food and quick to even when very busy we eat out here about 3/4 times a month with the kiddies and they love it to � had a leaving party last week to for a friend and same again good service great food well done farmhouse I would say your one of the best :)

Eat & Drink with the family here often. Tonight for my daughters 5th birthday meal, the candles as a late request, on her pudding wasn’t an issue.......then when she went to the toilet as the candles came out......still not a problem.

Brilliant all round 13 ppl to cater for all food delivered at the same time and amazing quality my son was very happy on his birthday even with a member of staff singing happy birthday to him when she brought out his cake well done guys

Service was fine, staff were polite & helpful, we didn’t wait too long for food but when the kids meals came out the beans were burnt. I used the £10 off voucher I had been emailed (on £25 food spend) but don’t be fooled by it, I ended up paying more for my bill as this voucher cancels any meal deals or offers your purchasing so all the kids meals I bought (3) went through separately for each item & I then had to purchase an adult pudding to take the food spend to over the £25. Basically if I’d have just bought offers on menu I’d have spent less than I did using the £10 off voucher!

2. Dressed side salad included- lettuce and few pieces of onion. NO DRESSING what so ever.

3. Sweet chilli sauce without the chilli in it...

4. Staff member walked away while we were still talking to her.

Very disappointed..



Although all this, the food came out in a reasonable time and tasted decent.

Terrible attitude from the staff .

We went and the atmosphere was shocking ,we were ignored ,made to stand at the bar while the staff flounced by ignoring us.

Do not expect good service from here.

Do not go expecting amazing food or,in fact,anything enjoyable.

It was a blazing hot day when we visited and the staff went round shutting all the windows.



If it was at all possible to give less than one star ,I would .

A shocking eating experience.

Just been kicked out of the farmhouse . Waited over an hour and half for food when it didn’t arrive asked for money back as it was too late. Then asked for head office contact details to complain and it all kicked off. The landlord and his over half came over to our table ranting and raving in front of several other people that we were rude to their staff, and if we didn’t leave immediately they would call the police. Wonderful customer service. There wasn't any swearing and shouting at staff, are complaint was directed to the manager, it was his partner doing all the shouting in front of several customers and swearing at my wife

I came here tonight for my surprise 18th birthday meal, we had two baby’s with us (both under 6 months & slept through the whole meal not a sound!) & they had informed us that the children had to be out by 10 which we are all aware of as it’s the law. we finished our meals at 9:30 and was then told again by the same guy (Graham) that we had to leave at 10 we agreed.. we got all of our stuff together and was waiting for everyone to say goodbye ect at this point it’s 9:45, graham then decided to come to our table again to tell us to leave and that we are taking the p*ss & that he’s already told us several times & our friend then explained that we are costumers and have just paid quite a bit of money between us and said he doesn’t agree with the way he speaking to us.. “graham” then slammed the plates down & his body language was aggressive we asked for the manager and he refused to get him/her. I then explained we had 10 minutes to leave and he said we was being cocky! Everyone else around us was disgusted & shocked by the way we was spoken to. We felt that once we’d eaten and paid we were treated with no respect. Disgusted and disappointed.

Girls behind the bar were good but service was shocking. Told it would be 40 minute wait after an hour our nachos arrived but burnt politely asked for them to be changed told me they were a fresh load but clearly wasn't as they removed burnt ones and put new cold ones in place! Main course arrived after another hour but was passed hungry then so didn't enjoy any of the experience

Dirty tables. Had to queue at the bar for 30 mins just to order our food then waited for nearly an hour for it to arrive only to find the chips were cold, the burger bun tasted stale. Complained but the staff werent interested. Used to be good for food but not any more wont be going there again.

Decor is outstanding. Food... well I'd rather lick pepper dust from a cats anus than eat here. Excellent location for hanging out with your best pals, spacious tables great for playing card games. Front of house staff amazing, but i think the chef wants to hurt people from the inside... I doubt she could cook beans properly.

Came in for a meal with my partner and daughter and had to send my meal back to kitchen twice for being cold, and then to have server tell me chicken is meant to be served pink and undercooked.

Staff have no knowledge of food and extremely rude, would not recommend to anyone
