Fatjax Chutney Description
FATJAX are a local culinary combination, in the names of Robert Weekes and Paul Ainscough, based in Lancashire, UK. The pair combined have over 50 years experiece in professional kitchens. Their mission is to bring you tasty condiments, handmade with love. All FATJAX ingredients are locally sourced and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

The last apple is peeled. The last pineapple chopped for another year..... I would like to thank all our customers old and new a very merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. A big shout out to my market buddies who brave the elements week after week. I’ll see you next year....

FATJAX on tour this Saturday. We are in Penrith for the annual drovers festival. On Sunday we are nice and local in Leyland at the Worden park artisan market. Forecast is dry for both days , but cold, so bring your big coat....

Only one market this weekend... We are back at the lovely bollington market down in leafy Cheshire. All the rain will have blown through on Saturday,so it’s going to be a great day on Sunday
bought 6 of your products today. we are currently enjoying 4 of them and can I day the right hot chilli relish is out if this world.. so not I lost feeling in my tongue for a moment but I absolutely love it. the other two are going to alabama with my friend. how can I purchase more when I run out.
Wow! The smoky chipotle jam and Bengal pineapple chutney are out of this world. I've tried many a condiment, but this is next level!!
Wow weaping reaper chilli sauce this has a good kick to it with a nice flavour I was delivering to u and spotted it on your shelf

Just had the Fatjax tomato & date chutney having bought it with a rioja and caramelised onion cheese at a craft fayre on Saturday. Wow, amazing!!!! I chose this out of the flavours on offer as I didn't want to overpower the cheese. It was perfect. Nicest chutney I've ever had. Seriously!!!
Got a few jars at the Lancashire Game Fair at weekend - really impressed. The Chipotle Jam is my favourite so far, glad I got more than 1 jar!
Got a call last week to visit Fatjax and repair some taps. Luckily they sent me as i managed to bag myself some samples. Apple, pear & saffron. Sweet red onion & chilli and Bengal spiced pineapple.
All three are absolutely superb.
Sweet onion with cheese on toast is fantastic. Apple and pear with pork chops is delicious then all 3 with tortilla chips is a great movie time snack.
DEFINITELY buying more and spreading the word.
Good grief! I've had some chilli jam from other providers but this Fat Jax goo is out of this world! Awwww gorgeous jam! Yum yum!
Delicious chutneys bought at Heaton Moor market on Sunday. Red onion and chilli, onion and fennel seeds and southern indian spicy mango all had a place on our plate at teatime! Thanks for the amazing tastes!
Can very highly recommend the Scotch Bonnet hot chilli relish, Bengal spiced pineapple chutney, weaping reaper chilli sauce, sticky rib and right hot chilli relish. Love love love :)
Bought the scotch bonnet relish from you at the Lancaster food festival... absolutely delicious!! Hopefully will see you at other food festivals over the summer because I want to stock up
