Would 100% recommend driving instructor Warren, started driving with him January time this year and passed today�. He really helped me build my confidence up, couldn’t thank him enough!

So glad I chose 5th Gear when looking for a driving instructor. Vicky was amazing, she made me feel really comfortable in lessons despite me being quite nervous about driving. I have no idea how she put up with all of my "missing brain" moments but she was so nice and patient. I would definitely recommend for anyone considering learning to drive. Really cannot thank you enough, hope to see you again for the pass plus at some point.

Recently passed my test with Warren. He was a brilliant teacher and made driving stress free and helped me build my confidence by teaching me to drive in any situation not just to pass my test. I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive. Thanks Warren !

Passed my driving test yesterday with Vicky! I’ve always had anxiety issues but she really helped to calm my nerves and make me feel at ease, as well as giving me the confidence to just go for it! Vicky has heaps of patience and is a great instructor.

I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Vicky for teaching me to drive. I think it's been the hardest thing I have ever had to learn. Vicky gave me the confidence I needed to drive. Thankyou for putting up with my scatter brain on the odd lesson. I would 100% recommended Vicky to anyone who is looking to learn how to drive

I passed my test this week after learning with Vicky - after being put off driving from a previous experience, Vicky has helped me in being a confident driver and actually enjoying driving! There was no time wasting in lessons on industrial estates or anything like that, I just got stuck in to it! Vicky has always been accommodating with lesson times and I always felt like I got my money’s worth. The emotional support whilst learning to drive has been most important to me as I feel like Vicky genuinely wanted me to enjoy driving and pass my test, I’ll miss my lessons!



I would definitely recommend Vicky to potential learner drivers and I can’t thank her enough for her support in my driving experience!

I had an instructor who didn’t really teach me well, so in May decided to start lessons with Vicky, and it were the best decision I made! She taught me everything in such a short space of time, and also it helped me become more confident as a driver as well. I didn’t know it would be possible to pass in a short period of time, but is it. I would recommend Vicky to anyone who wants to start driving or has had a few bumps in the road while learning.

I decided to start learning to drive when I was in last year at university. My driving instructor Warren was amazing and made me feel so calm being in the car, he knew how to boost my confidence and made me feel relaxed and enjoy every lesson I had! Even when I didn't believe in myself he always did which made me more confident within myself. I never felt pressured to complete my test under a certain time limit and he allowed me to wait till I felt that I was ready for my test! I couldn't have been happier today with the outcome, passing first time!

I would really recommend the company, especially warren as he is so easy to get on with and makes you feel at ease! Can't thank you enough!

After years of learning, 3rd instructor lucky! Recommended by a friend I couldn’t of picked a better company and even better instructor Vicky! She helped me restart and get all my confidence back, never thought I’d pass my test after struggling for so long. Couldn’t recommend my amazing instructor anymore so much patience and makes you feel so comfortable! Thanks fifth gear and most importantly Vicky��

After 3 years of numerous driving instructors, I decided to try and pass my test at university. My driving instructor Paul was brilliant, he immediately made me feel at home in the car. He wasn't scared to have a laugh and joke with me which helped me feel at ease and take the pressure off myself. As someone who is a perfectionist this was really helpful. Never have I had more fun learning to do something. On the day of my test Paul was brilliant at ensuring that I had everything in perspective. He knew i was ready and more than capable of passing my test as did I, but the way he kept me calm with fun banter was exactly what i needed. I passed my test and am a really strong and confident driver as a result. I would recommend this company and Paul without a moments hesitation. Thank you Paul. Job very well done.
