First And Last At Bar None

What's on a Bar None ?? Live Rugby League action with Wigan v Castleford and Huddersfield v Leeds at 8pm tonight followed by Live Entertainment with Rocking 'n' Rolling Mr Martin at 10pm. On Saturday We have a day filled with live sport !! Live Premier League football with Tottenham v Man City at 12:45pm. Live Rugby League with Bradford Bulls v Halifax at 3pm and Live football with Newcastle v Chelsea at 5:30pm. We have International World Cup Rugby Union with England v Wales at 8pm followed by Live entertainment from the "Retro Brothers". On Sunday we have live football with Middlesbrough v Leeds at 1:15pm. World Cup Rugby Union with Scotland v USA at 2:30pm and Live football with Watford v Crystal Palace at 4pm.

Live football on Sunday with Southampton v Man UTD 4pm kick off followed by "Live entertainment" from male vocalist "Billy" who will "Rock, Funk and Reggae" the afternoon away for your enjoyment.

Just a reminder that Leeds Rhinos v Castleford tigers is being shown tonight @ the first & last from 7:30pm with a choice of 11 tvs to choose from! With St Helens v Wigan also being shown tomorrow night from 7:30pm with any drink being £2

Well what a weekend !!!!!! We would like to thank all our customers at First and Last for a great weekend. We would especially like to thank June Rowland for all her help behind the bar and Dave Rowland for his efforts as undoubtedly the best paid bottle snatcher in Leigh and district !!! We would like to thank the Tinpot Cover Band for some superb entertainment this weekend - its not every band that asks the audience to request the play list whilst live on stage but these boys managed to play every song requested !!!!! Thanks guys really enjoyed the show.

Wed evening, 30 years after last sitting in Bar None (The Avenue), 25 years of living in Texas, USA and lamenting about what the hell happened to the town I loved. Tried to explain to my wife and 13 year old that this used to be a really cool town. My 18 year old buys me a beer, and the staff of Bar None renews the belief that there is still life in Leigh. Great food, great service and a good atmosphere. P.s. The answer to question 10 on the quiz was "Heaven must be missing an Angel by the Tavares" must be the only old guy in the bar that could answer that question.

We had a baby shower here on Sunday 23rd. Absolutely excellent, a massive thank you to Carol, she was amazing, helpful and professional. Would recommend this venue to all thanks again Liz x

Love this place great atmosphere snd great music.We travel from Southport to come here as often as we can.

Just had Mother's Day lunch for 5. Amazing value for money. The kids meals are ridiculous in terms of how much you get for the money, and the Cajun chicken burger was gorgeous. Had a free bottle of prosecco along with a lovely free homemade cupcake. Service was great and the staff were really friendly and professional. Thanks so much for a lovely afternoon. Can't wait to visit again! X

Impressed with the lovely staff, food and drinks, gorgeous inside from the sport area to the bar area even the toilets! nice relaxed feeling to sit and enjoy food and drinks.. Would fully recommend to everybody!!! Will 100% be going back.. Just what Leigh needed...

Friendly, our age group, live music, cheap drinks..... What's not to like love it in here �

Been in the daytime for food and in the evening for drinks. The menu is small but the food is all lovely and reasonably priced. We went on a Thursday night to one of the acoustic nights and it was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and we go quite often now.

Just wish they wud serve proper diet coke...hate Pepsi.. so have to drink wkd wen in there...gets to much after 3 but great pub

Came Saturday to watch The Brothers, and celebrate my birthday. How the hell can a pub run out of booze? Ran out of sloe gin and ran out of Sambuca too!!! How??!!! The staff were great though.

Worst pub in Leigh with the worst beer!

The woman manager told us to shut up rudely! as we where talking loud at the pool table never going to go again.

The managers are extremely rude and aggressive ! Was kicked out for singing too loud on the Karaoke... never been in a bar when I have felt like I’ve got to be silent not sure how this bar has regulars absolute joke.

The manager is extremely rude and has no people skills whatsoever. She is very aggressive towards women and has a tribe of geriatric henchmen to back her up. She's a disgrace. So unproffesional. It's a shame as the pub is very nice and the drinks are reasonably priced. Won't be going in there again.

It's a shit hole just like the centurion shit holeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I came in today I was given extremely poor service when I finally got a drink we sat down near the pool table I'd finished the drink and my little lad knocked the glass off the table and smashed it i spoke to the bar tender and said could I have a dust pan and brush for clean it up she threw it at me with a face like a slapped arse I even offered to pay for the glass and mop up she kicked us out and said she cant be doin with kids.. she was very moody with other customers I think this should be seen to as soon as possible many thanks aaron Whitworth
