Well that was a tough one for our 9.30am F!T-CAMP πŸ₯΅πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏽
Starting with working the legs and glutes using different planes of motion to really burn out the legs and glutes.
Then onto a quick 15 minute sweaty ladder workout finishing off with a five minute ab workout to finish the session.

Great first session of the week for our 6am F!T-CAMP.
Complete with deadlifts, dumbbell thrusters and tennis balls and the sun was out!!! β˜€οΈ 😍

If you were to ask someone what exercise they dislike the most I can guarantee it would be running. There can be a wide range of reasons why they might dislike it, but the main one will always be β€œI just hate it”.
In terms of fitness you should never avoid an exercise or activity just because you hate it. Instead of approaching the task with a negative mindset, set yourself a challenge or a goal and work towards that. You won’t fall in love with it overnight but with constan...t practise and determination you will, over time start to enjoy it.
So, in most sessions at F!T CAMP we try to involve some form or running. Whether it’s included in the warm up, we do timed/numbered shuttle runs or even laps around the block/field.
Here’s a few examples why running is beneficial to your health and why you should run:
- Running 3 times a week for 12-20 minutes has been proven to increase bone mineral density.
- Lowers your blood pressure by 50% and also the risk of hypertension.
- Lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and coronary heart disease.
- Boots your immune system and improves your mood.
- Weight loss
- Improved cardiovascular fitness
In life you should always challenge yourself, push yourself to do things and set yourself new goals. How can you ever achieve something if you don’t ever step out of your comfort zone? What’s stopping you from stepping out of it today?

As we have a few runners here at F!T-CAMP I have now set up a F!T-CAMP runners group on strava.
Hopefully this will keep us all accountable and help push one another and to get that run in!
With leaderboards and challenges along the way this will be a fantastic way to keep those running miles up πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
