I was dubious about them at the start, but then they did say it would take a long time.

I completed their on line form and let them do the rest.

Their charges are clear at the outset and I was okay with that as I couldn't be bothered with the work that i knew was coming.

Got paid out £220 per person after all charges, but then I did no work for it.

So yes happy with the result and I would use them again.

I didn't believe at first, after the airline told me they would not compensate for the 4+ hours delay. But this company gave me hope and got my compensation for the price they promised at the beginning. Great job!

I am still waiting for my compensation even though I got email saying I should have got it last week they have told me tui sent them money but no ref numbers so they don't know whose money is who I doubt this all the time they are holding ppls money they are gaining the interest joke

Great service , however at the same time I only got £220 and you took £96 and on top £25 for admin surely the £96 would also include admin , but either way it’s done thanks for the service

im not even going to lie, I would never go through these again! Firstly, they pay you know where near what is promised! secondly, they take a very long time and leave you in the dark throughout the process.

My friends on the same flight all received nearly double what I did in half the time! Outraged with the service provided

Took ages and a third taken of fees. Wished I had done it direct like my friend did really easy to do, sample letter on line. Would have saved £160. OK with difficult cases but mine was straight forward. Always try yourself before employing a company to do so.

Rubbish, don’t inform you of what’s happening after months of waiting, then don’t respond to emails. Avoid them.
