been with both my son aged 9 and again today with my 2year old nephew to toddler session 3 hours with juice and toast for kids and brew for me excellent value lovely staff well worth the money

We loved it yesterday canвАЩt fault the staff at reception were very welcoming we bought vouchers of groupon because we had 5 children to pay for park wasnвАЩt very busy so maybe more offers on In store for bigger familyвАЩs to bring more kids in during the holidays

We have just returned from Flip out Rochdale with 60 children from Wardle Junior Blast.

They have all had a fantastic time on the trampolines and afterwards the food was also very good .

The service from Imran and his team was first rate and very efficient.

I would recommend Flip out Rochdale to any groups who want to have an end of term good time .

We will be going back again at Christmas.

We came here for the first time today I brought my son and 4 friends for his birthday treat. We didn't book a party but the staff here were brilliant allowing us to have a birthday cake in the cafe. Flip out was lots of fun and all the children were saying they wanted their party there, we will definitely return ! Even adults can have fun here.

Took 11 boys here yesterday to celebrate my sons 8th Birthday. DidnвАЩt do as a party package as boys wanted longer than an hour, so we used the family deal and BOGOF offers and then bought additional pizza and food in cafe. The staff were fantastic they set up a table for us in the cafe, brought the cake out and were so helpful. From the moment we arrived in reception we was welcomed by friendly staff. My 8 year old had a fab time and we would like to thank flip out for making the day special and run smoothly. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Thanks to Farhad, Imran and their team for making our trip - with 30 kids - so enjoyable. They were extremely professional and handled the two fire alarms (caused by one plonker triggering the alarm deliberately) efficiently, offering an extra hour to compensate for lost time, even though it was only ten minutes. Facilities excellent and would recommend. Hope to be back soon.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party today and she had a fantastic time. The facilities are great and the staff made it an excellent experience. Lucy looked after the kids for the party and she was brilliant, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble.

I visited on Monday for the first time with my 3 year old. Absolutely fantastic staff, absolutely fantastic equipment and an overall amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I visited Flip Out yesterday for the toddler session and I was really impressed! Great value for money - myself, my 18 month old, my friend and her 2 year old all had so much fun. Trampoline area itself is massive, the play area upstairs is perfect for little ones and we enjoyed some lunch too, whilst watching them play safely together. Thank you to the staff who were really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back пњљ. My 8 year old also loves it here but until yesterday I hadnt braved the trampolines myself - I will be joining in with him next time too :)

It's my daughters favourite place. Today, after bouncing she wanted to try and get a toy from the games machines. We played the machine and unfortunately we didn't win anything after many, many goes. A gentleman knew that my daughter didn't really understand why she couldn't win. He then went out of his way to get her a toy to make her happy. Brilliant place, brilliant staff!

I brought my 11 year son & 4 of his friends on Friday for his birthday treat. They absolutely loved it, all said best trampoline park theyвАЩve been to (& been to quite a few). Food in the cafe was very reasonable, good quality & very good portion sizes, love the little play area, great idea to keep little one busy while big brother bounces. Hey, well I'm glad we came to flip out today staff was excellent helped when we needed Bethany was a big help answered all my questions was very polite and made it fun for my kids! Good worker you have there! Definitely reccomend this place! Fun for kids and adults even have a play area upstairs with the Cafe which was fab for my 15month baby will deffo be back!

Flip out is a brilliant place to take children of all ages the various activities keep them entertained. Me and my partner decided to sit in the cafe next to play area with our toddler while our eldest 3 played down stairs on equipment. The toddler area is really nicely done our toddler loved it. Only one criticism and that is to rethink the tables with corners and maybe get some corner covers or round tables as our toddler ran into the corners twice once reported though we were given an ice pack apart from a couple of bubbles and bruise we were lucky no damage was done. Deffo recommend this place though. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Unfortunately having just returned from Flip Out Rochdale we were told we had to have 14 children to access the climbing wall, not 10 as the deal states. Having found 14 children, the staff somehow gave out 16 wrist bands (to 2additional children) meaning there was not enough harnesses or walls for all the children. After being kept for a good 20 minutes whilst they were trying to decide how to resolve the issue, we gave up our wrist bands got a refund and left with three disappointed boys. Incidentally, this was after having only had 40 minutes bounce time instead of the hour paid for due to staff keeping children in the briefing room for over 20minutes. We were also over charged for socks. Fun place but disappointing experience

Went for a bday party today to all. Our parents shock a child nearly hung themselves on the ropes.. No staff was watching the children or the area and especially when the children where to young to go on the area there should of been a staff member watching that area mostly. The poor child has ended up with rope burns around her neck. Luckily enough a parent of the party saw her jump and ran over to lift her and release her. Ropes are dangerous and these should be taken off so someone doesn't get hurt again. Learn from your mistake flip out and make changes. A sorry to the child and parent wasn't good enough in our eyes the parent could of lost her daughter in there today if it wasn't for another parent checking on children!!

Great place, kids had lots of fun. The only downside was the bad language used by several members of staff in front of my very impressionable young children пњљ

Unfortunately having just returned from Flip Out Rochdale we were told we had to have 14 children to access the climbing wall, not 10 as the deal states. Having found 14 children, the staff somehow gave out 16 wrist bands (to 2additional children) meaning there was not enough harnesses or walls for all the children. After being kept for a good 20 minutes whilst they were trying to decide how to resolve the issue, we gave up our wrist bands got a refund and left with three disappointed boys. Incidentally, this was after having only had 40 minutes bounce time instead of the hour paid for due to staff keeping children in the briefing room for over 20minutes. We were also over charged for socks. Fun place but disappointing experience

Went for a bday party today to all. Our parents shock a child nearly hung themselves on the ropes.. No staff was watching the children or the area and especially when the children where to young to go on the area there should of been a staff member watching that area mostly. The poor child has ended up with rope burns around her neck. Luckily enough a parent of the party saw her jump and ran over to lift her and release her. Ropes are dangerous and these should be taken off so someone doesn't get hurt again. Learn from your mistake flip out and make changes. A sorry to the child and parent wasn't good enough in our eyes the parent could of lost her daughter in there today if it wasn't for another parent checking on children!!
