It was my first visit to the salon today and I could not have received better service. I was made to feel welcome the second I walked through the door and was very much looked after the whole time I was there. The staff here are amazing, I felt completely relaxed and pampered. A huge thank you to Steph for sorting my colour out and the lovely lady who curled my hair. I had so many compliments in the space of half an hour. I've known Adam since he was 16 (!) and he's such an amazing inspiration and a very talented hairdresser� He has built a fantastic team around him who are as awesome as he is...I always leave the salon with my hair exactly how I wanted it and nothing is too much trouble (I want this colour grey this time please Carrie��)xx

I had my first appointment at Fox last week and I was that impressed with the team as a whole that I have booked my wedding hair with them. It’s a busy salon but has a really nice atmosphere, all staff are welcoming and friendly. Everything was organised and well thought out and I didn’t just feel like another client in the numbers.



Kelly cut my hair and gave me some really sound advice and a plan for my hair. I felt reassured, very pleased with my cut and confident that Kelly would be a great hairdresser for me going forward. I’ve booked in for my colour next and I love the online booking system, particularly with working shifts. It makes the whole process seamless.



Matthew was a pleasure to deal with when consulting over my wedding plans. I don’t often praise salons as generally they are a necessity but not always enjoyable and you don’t always feel like an individual or listened to. However, this was not the case at Fox. I was really was blown away by the team and haven’t stopped telling others since. It’s the little things. The attention to detail, the overall ambience and energy of the salon and the professionalism of the whole team that make all the difference. New customer for life .

I drove past this Salon at the end of last year, having moved to the area and although it took a while to get in due to it being getting near Xmas and them being so busy, but I can honestly say it was well worth the wait... and I am pleased I did. Super friendly and very very lovely people. My stylist Kelly is amazing, very patient with me trying to explain what I was wanting and she delivered it too...fabulous! I would highly recommend Fox Hairdressing to anyone., and it is quite clear why they are a winning salon.

Fantastic salon!! I was looking for somewhere that could deal with my son's mixed race hair.

I can honestly say Fox's gives fab customer service! Matthew has gone out of his way several times to help rearrange appointments for my son when something has come up as it does with kids! Always so friendly and helpful!

Brilliant Salon , the customer services is definitely worlds above other Salons. They have nailed it and I’m super picky!!!! I have to change my appointment “a lot” due to work commitments, who ever takes that call never minds , nothing is a problem. As soon as you walk in yr looked after , I trust them 100% to do my hair with my eyes closed !!!! The only Salon that don’t bully you to have a Blow dry , I came out last month with a “ leave in” conditioner in. My hair is looking better then ever , Northwich needed this Salon xxx

Absolutely adored my first cut today! Every member of staff was smiling, were very lovely and made me feel very welcome. Gorgeous salon and I even got a lovely cup of tea! Kelly was very efficient without being rushed and was genuinely friendly and interested in our conversation. Shes done a fantastic job of my hair and delivered exaclty the sort of style that I was looking for. I'm definitely returning and I made sure to book my next appointment with Kelly, as well as a wedding consultation with Matt! No wonder they've won salon of the year.
